Read the fine print, the bill does not force the uninsured poor to buy insurance. There are about 45 million uninsured residents in USA. That is a tragedy, and must be fixed immediately.

Here in Israel GOP would be jailed for committing the crime of helping insurance companies keep millions uninsured for "pre existing diseases"...
