  • I raised both my hands ;) lol Thank you soo much for being so balanced and reminding us to do the same! Much <3

  • I love your videos, I know this is older, but I wanted to say that I don't know any 109 year old 100% raw foodists; however, I do know of a 109 year old Bernardo Lapallo, who has small portions of fish, and even whole wheat bread :) Among a high raw diet. The path is in the middle way and being flexible and educating ourselves.

  • Kudos to not only open-mindedness, but respect for science and medicine, for balance, and for the individuality of our bodies! It's a web, not a straight road, my friends...

  • It's just my opinion, but I think maybe the problem was not that you ate the raw goat cheese, but that you ate probably 4+ servings all at once! LOL Overeating whether it is raw this or that is never a good thing ; ) And YES I raised my hand!

I have not heard Victoria's interview yet, but just found Paul's before finding this video. I have been wanting to go 100% raw, my husband who never really cared about his food or body much is resisting of course! LOL

  • I use to be vegetarian for about 7 years, then started eating seafood. The past year I started doing a lot more raw and smoothies, raw food in it's simplest form feels so invigorating.

I am now studying YHWH's diet for us in and outside of Bere'shiyth (Genesis). Which is how I found out about Paul. I also agree we should always be learning and proving all things. When we do this, we are bound to change and grow, just like Paul has. Goat's milk is also in scripture interestingly enough.

  • I have also got rid of all the unclean seafood I was eating unknowingly. I am praying my research will give my husband and I a nice compromise on what I want to eat and what he wants to eat so we are no longer a house divided. YHWH's ways are definitely high raw and only clean meat/fish/dairy in moderation at the highest quality! It's all about being healthy and eating fresh, whole and when possible raw! That's how we were created to live/eat. Shalom & blessings to you both!

  • Yes Stella and I raised our hands!!! Stella is 2 and we like watching you sometimes, just to keep motivated..I think your show is very helpful, thank you guys...

  • OF course I raised my hand!!!! You are soooooooo right the search is for optimal health not 100 % raw religion!!

    MUCH RESPECT FOR YOU TWO!!!

  • I look twenty years younger than my age. Eat cold water fish. mostly green food, NO JUICING< no sweeteners, no tomato paste, raw wheat germ, limited fruits. I agree with Dr.Bass, but I won't eat raw meat. I feel good all the time now.better than good!

  • @gojiberries1

have you ever tried the raw vegan diet with alot of greens ?

  • What is this? Is this a cult ..a cult fanantical people who mostly eat raw junkie food of sweeteners..raw candies and juices?

    ..and oils?

I am suprised that people are so hung up on their beliefs. They love animals. So do I. Some people have to face reality. I am going to get raw goat milk and I don't like steamed veggies, but sometimes I want them. I believe sweeteners, juicing, and oils.tomato pastes and concentrated foods are a problem. I eat raw egg organic egg yoke.feel UNREAL!

  • i raise my hand!

  • 100% raw is dangerous if you dont eat enough calories from your fav sweet fruits. Look at all the peeps dying, geting anorexic/obese, having heart attacks, getting diabeties, going insane etc all cos they are trying to 100% raw high fat, low carb fruit phobic cos thats what some book written by a faux raw guru said.

We see it all the time. We aint gonna hide that fact.

  • @durianriders those raw sweet fruits doesn't grow naturally up here in Lapland. Linné during the 18th century gave a study on different populations diet across Sweden. Laplanders lived longer, were healthier. didn't suffer from diseases you mentioned and still ate mostly meat. Raw vegans eventually have to eat some animal fat and protein again for strength and sustainence.

  • I raised my hand!

  • ^raise my hand to that^

  • Maybe if you don't eat the whole block next time... :)

  • *raises hand* :)

  • I raised my hand, hahahaha

  • I had the same cheese experience a couple weeks ago and felt like I had food poisoning! I said I will never do cheese again..but who knows.

  • Cheese is rancid bovine mammary excretion that has been concentrated.

Its the body fat of another animal. An animal you would wash your hands after petting but peeps just go and eat its body fluids anyways..(dairy)

  • Like the way you present info. Always searching for what works. All raw can be a handicap for some.

  • btw... I raised my hand.

Thanks for being here Kevin, I appreciate you and Annemaries authenticity and willingness to explore the vast, elaborate range of variations for what constitutes optimal health viability within the human realm.

Healthiest regards to you both, every day.

  • Cholesterol in raw butter is not problematic when it is truly 'unheated' and in fact is very advantageous for all bodily processes. I consult regularly w/ people & oftentimes recommend close to 1/2lb. of raw butter per day (especially for cancer patients or those severely underweight). I see miraculous outcomes and know many individuals that ingest this much regularly & achieve outstanding results.

  • If there is one substance Ive witnessed bring debilitated persons back into full-functioning viability it is raw (unheated, unfrozen) butter from high grass-foraging ruminants.

  • Also, its very vital to procure unsalted cheese as salt restricts digestive competence significantly. Especially considering the amounts that are generally merged into raw cheeses purchased from retail environments (usda guidelines and such).

If you're gonna devour a whole block than truly unheated honey eaten w/ unsalted raw cheese aids in mineral absorption and thwarts the natural inclination to discharge toxic stores. Peace!

  • Man... you ate the entire block? lol.

Raw cheese is like medicine and oftentimes stimulates the internal digestive physiology to dump amassed compounds or dead cells into the stomach through the stomach lining and gallbladder. I state that cheese is like medicine b/c its a wonderful chelator and absorbs injurious substances. But easy-goes it brother ;) Small amounts here and there exert wonders.

  • I started adding raw butter into my eating plan and it works really well for me!!!. A few hundred years ago, butter was given to royalty and cheese was given to peasants. It has all the good fat soluble vitamins in it that animal products can provide.

  • Hey RoseGoddess,

That's awesome that it's working for you. I've seen it work for many very beneficially. Raw butter is a true superfood.

Butter on the other hand can be eaten in larger quantities w/ only beneficial results. It also retains the ability to chelate and magnetize detrimental stored substances but does not have the same stimulatory response that cheese does. Likewise, raw butter should always be acquired in its unsalted state.

  • i didn't raise my hand but consider it raised

  • 811. its got me from chronic fatigue to winning 24hr solo mountain bike races..

100% raw vegan. count on it! :)

  • Yes, my two children and I raised our hands!!! My children love viewing your shows! My daughter and son are fascinated with the episodes. My son craves white sugar all the time and maybe little by little, they will be educated on how to live better by eating healthier. I admire both of you and appreciate what you do. You both are an inspiration to me.

  • I raised my hand :p

  • Wait, Paul Nison admits to drinking raw goat milk and he not considered raw anymore...? Maybe he wouldn't be a raw vegan but still a raw vegetarian. Unless there is more to the story...

  • paul nison eats cooked food and so does his wife and daughter, just watch paul nisons latest vids to hear him admit it. he contradicts himself so much in his vid, he says 'im still raw!' but then says at 7:48 and 9:27 'i eat cooked food'

  • Okay yeah, thanks... I figured there had to be more than what was just revealed in this video.

  • Blessings!! The whole family raised hands.. 100% Health is the KEY!! I love the Great Vibes and truth you all share !! I also respect Paul and Victoria for being real ! Life is a Journey!!

  • 100 raw? whats that?oh like 100 % perfect parent, child , friend, honest , 100% ...

blah, blah......I am born into a vegetarian family I never ate meat "intentionaly" in my life . And when i ate It only made me physically sick when i knew i just ate it within minutes. but there was a cookie that i was eating everyday for 6 months straight to find out it had pork bits ew. but hey i never got a reaction i was always healthy. no i do not eat meat but this tells u sometime its all in ur head

  • Yep, I raised my hand.

  • This is respectable. It shows that you are not trying to push veganism, vegetarianism or 100% raw food diets but instead optimal health.

  • Yes, I raised my hand! LOL

I'm 80% raw. The only animal protein I crave is Tuna fish in the can. I have it abot once a week. I mix it with Veganaise, made with grapeseed oil, chopped celery, chopped red onion, and chopped carrots, and eat it on Spelt/flax crackers. Delicious. I have no desire for cheese or milk products, and definately not other animals. I used to be crazy for cheese. Now its so differents. Thanks for your videos!

  • I always believed that "balance" is the key in anything you eat. We tend to go from one extreme to the other sometimes.

  • you will at first feel better if you drink alchohol and drugs as well. Doesn't mean that it's good for you!!!! goats milk is has opiate like properties!!! you guys are oblivious!!!!

  • what nutrient are you getting from raw goats milk that someone may be lacking and cannot get from raw veggies??? You guys are soooooo easily peer pressured to accept anything!!!!

  • yay I raised my hand

  • They eat more packaged food than anyone I've ever seen in this movement. They aren't experts either, I'm talkin about the raw food teachers that have studied nutrition and are experts at what they teach. Matt and Angela are not in this category.

  • We all must find balance. I refuse to fit in a box.

Yes, I raised my hand. :D

  • i did!!! :-)))

  • i raised a smile...

  • oh ..the scandal, cooked = hell . kidding. anything in moderation . no to food Nazis .)

  • I eat almost 100% raw, the only cooked food in my diet is some cooked beans that I have about once a week.

Hehe... I did rais my hand :-) Being healthy and happy is so much more imortant than "winning a prize" for beein 100% raw.

    I love you're show! <3 :-)

  • If you don't want to be a vegan no problem, if you dont want to be a Vegetarian no problem, ifyou don't want to be a lacto/ovo vegetarian no problem.

Finding raw orgainic goats milk isn't easy - it supposed to be certified ie tested for bacteria.Otherwise you are back to the processed pasturized stuff .If I ever go that way I get Almond or another nut milk.Yum!

Not sure what Paul is hoping to gain for all the trouble.

I put my hand up but so did my Dad - he likes a smoke after dinner.

  • I raised my hand.

  • yes, I admit, I raised my hand

  • I don't think a little bit of goat milk every now and then is a big deal, either. I've never seen any raw food police come knocking yet :)

  • I raised my hand for sure!

I like to eat raw meat sometimes. Steak tartar is delicious!

  • lovely people! thank you for sharing. I raised my hand too.

  • seems like the ol Dougster is the only leader left sticking to this raw thing 100%. I wish I could follow his way! Fruit makes me itchy and tired.

  • @Canadian, do you know why?

  • I raised my hand! with a big smile on my face :) Kudos to you guys too :)

  • What cooked foods do you eat? What has worked and not worked for you?

  • I raised my hand and my husband started looking at me all weird like

  • Yep I sure dizid raise my hand!

  • kool as kids! 6 hands raised...keep gigglin love yuz

  • LOL I thought you said a free bag of cow manure! LOL

  • LOL!

  • Raised my hand! So glad I've found your show. When I started researching vegetarianism and then veganism I realized that health isn't necessarily their goal, with still using white sugar and margarine. But people interested in raw food seem muchore health driven. Thanks!

  • I raised both hands!! Paul, you two and others in this field have changed my life for the better forever.

  • Comment removed

  • raosed hand. I am experimenting with a vegan whole foods diet high raw of course for the past 2 years. Feeling really good and healed arthrits in my wrists and hip. Fantastic for me can sleep more comfortably.

  • Yes two hands raised.

  • i raised my eyebrows instead of my hand. lol. but i agree. I'm in it for my health not the dogma

  • I raised my hand! And then laughed hysterically at myself for doing so, as if you could see me. LOL

  • hand raised

  • I raised my right hand all the way up and my shoulder popped. Darn joints. I don't think I'll ever be 100% raw, but I do love my green smoothies :) Also, I'm vegan for animal rights reasons so eating animals (or animal products) is pretty much a last resort for me (at this point in my life).

P.S. I love the show. Keep up the good work!

  • i raised my hand too :)

  • *raised hand*

  • Yes!

  • i did raise my hand!

  • yes :)

  • First of all, I'm not 100% at the moment and I agree with you guys. I watched Paul's video, and II thought Paul's reasoning for eating cheese made sense because it brings a new nutrition profile into his diet, but I'm not quite sure how steamed vegetables could help any deficiencies? The only thing I could gather is to combat emotional stresses and keep some foods out or more calories from cooked starches if needed?

  • I raised my hand.

  • Raising my hand high!

I'm so glad you did this show, guys! Thank you. I've recently had to make a shift in my raw food diet to cut out sugars, even fruit sugars for now, in order to stop myself from bingeing on cooked sweets like pies and cakes and candy bars.

It wasn't easy to come out and admit that I had been participating in that behavior or that I am a bonafide food addict. But now that it's out there, and I've been officially off of sugar for 13 days, I feel so much better. Love!

  • I raised my hand.

  • yes!

  • I raised my hand too :o)

  • I raised my hand! :D

I do support you when you say that 100% is not for everyone. Everybody's bodies are different and with different needs and histories.

  • i did :)
