Even if you use black ice, pencil, or dye you must still make the lines straight, the fade tight, & the cut smooth before you use anything. Those are just used to highlight the cut. They can make a great cut standout & a F'd up cut look worst... For the record, This is a tight fade.

u just lightly touch the skin and tap the corners, don't really press down on the skin with the teeth of the clippers, that's how u acheive a line without irritating, if ur having to press down with a trimmer a whole lot, u either need a new trimmer or new blade or it just needs to be adjusted, neway, i own the wahl 5 star detailer, andis outliner 2, and andis styliner 2, and the one he's using in this video is the andis styliner 2, excellent for sharp lines
