  • We Be Grindin' dem Fish

    Rounders!!

  • CRAAAZY!! Heard this break sampled endless times, never knew where it came from... Epic tune!

  • my red hot car.

  • The Chemical Brothers used this in "Chemical Beats"...that was where I first heard it, and now I'm hooked!

  • Saw Jimmy McGriff at the Mercury Lounge in Austin, TX (in the old, smaller location)... must have been around 1998? One of the best shows I can remember! Great band, and just the greatest vibe. Jimmy wasn't exactly jumping around, but he let his younger band and his fingers do the talking for him. How can you not just want to jump around and dance and feel good to this music? RIP, Jimmy--your music will live on!

  • Get It "Michael Evans"!! I think Michael danced to this on at least one or two episodes!! That's why I like it so much!!

  • Love this recording. It's the best. Anyone know where it's from?

  • all time classic break! i'm sellin a nice pristine NM OG copy of the LP if anyone's interested...

  • To Spreadneck, its sas whn someone can't listen to a good song without bringing racism into the mix. You need to find your own channel to spread that kind of garbaggage. Music has been one of the thing that has intergrated our society. in todays music its all intergrated,so stop your foolishness!

  • @spreadneck7

I hope your mum chokes on a black cock.

  • @spreadneck7

Anybody can play the organ with practice! Don't be silly! lol

  • I think anyone who makes music needs to revisit and hear each song in which drum samples are taken from.

  • @SpikroddNG what do you mean?

  • @yellowlinks The drums in the intro at 0:05 are a popular sample used in music, ranging from chillout, drum n bass, hip hop and everything in between. It's not incredibly versatile or noticeable (like The Winstons's 'Amen Brother' or Funk Inc.'s 'Kool is Back'), but it has a great clean energy you'll be hard-pressed to find untouched like in this one.

  • @SpikroddNG I fully agree. I'm a Jungle-DnB artist.

  • @SpikroddNG thats what I'm doing right now haha

  • tip XXXXXXXX top !!!!!

  • 0:05 to 0:07 chemical beats

  • Nicely spotted mate. I knew I heard that break used somewhere else. Kudos to you sir.
