This is the first good reasonable question I have heard by anyone on this subject where most prefer to show pictures of dead babies that came from who knows where and died of who knows what, who knows if they are even real. This is so funny because i work around this stuff everyday. My brothers and dad work around this stuff. In fact my dad was exposed to radiation in the late 60s he breathed in some plutonium and guess what im not deformed my brothers arent deformed and hes not dead. Oh by the way depleted uranium isnt bad at all.
Plutonium and uranium are not the same substance. They do not have the same effects. Also, the fact that you work with the stuff, and KNOW you work with the stuff means that obviously you're taking the necessary precautions to combat its effects. The people who are hit with DU weapons, and indeed the soldiers who are firing the DU weapons didn't/don't know what they're dealing with, nor do they have the means to treat its effects.
