I think it's a bad thing that they do this because it's getting more and more severe and there are plenty of other websites where you can upload your stuff without those laws. People are gonna stay away from YouTube if they make it even more strict. And what's up with those stupid advertisements!? Hate those guys. It's actually not the copyright laws that suck ass, it's youtube. They pull down most copyrighted material regardless of whether or not it's being used legally. Go check out the website of anyone who does video reviews (AVGN, Spoony, and the Nostalgia Critic are all good examples). They use copyrighted material all the time (Spoony especially), give proper credit, and never have any legal issues regarding the material, despite making money off their sites. Youtube is the problem here mostly.

Here's a tip for everyone. Don't complain about the copyright laws, if you have videos of your own I wouldn't be complaining if I were you.

Tip #2: Load the actual video in a different tab, and this one in it's own tab. Let both load all the way. Press play on the Actual video, and as quickly as you can, press play on this video. This way you get around that "copyright infringment" issue. It helps a lot, may not be sync'd, but it works just fine.
