hi every1 i was trying to fix this problem for hours on my mum dads laptop and this is what i did i went to driver manager and then down to USB Enhanced host controller" this was the problem. In its properties, I disabled it and all of a sudden my computer recognized all of my USB 2.0 devices. right away so this :)

@sighisoaraa what i do is right click my computer then click properties then ther's device manager option left hand side of screen click that then i disable enhanced host controller it gets most usb devices to work but some dont work or wont work to ther full potential like ther slowed in performance and what not lol hope i helped
