  • What a great video and it is amazing how yoga helps everyone. Hats off to you for finding your calling to help everyone. Just a personal note, I have a sciatic nerve that would render me bedriddin for days. With stretching and yoga, I haven't had this problem for the last two years. Thank you for your passion to help others.
