you should do an episode own how to make a meal with venison i have a fridge filled with it but dont no how to cook it put like how long and what dagree you suppost to cook it
Oh man, did these mussels turn out good! The only thing that I did different was that I added some heavy whipping cream, and they turned out great. I love your accent, btw! I'm guessing that you're Cajun. Thanx so much!
This receipe is quite different from the red sauces I have had, but I must say, yours looks out of this world delicious. I am having friends over this weekend and am serving this dish along with some crusty bread to sop up the drippings and a nice white wine. Thanks Dave.
@PaulDamen -Hi. I know it's not done with cheese & seafood in a Italian kitchen, but I'm only half Italian..Ha Ha.(The other half Scottish) Thanks for commenting. Dave.
@PaulDamen -Hi! It's a wonderful culture....the food is awsome....You know the Scottish are crazy-they fry almost everything. Yum! and then you croak! Dave.
I wish I was still able to dive. I would get you the giant fresh delicious ones from off the ship wrecks in the Atlantic. Those are the best I've ever had in my life.

you shoud cook in a pan linguini with the sauce of the mussels.

Nice recipe. Despite the cheese. The combination of cheese and seafood in the Italian kitchen is not usual.
