Seen her Friday night at the Casino Rama. She's still killing it! I would have loved to see her do some of these covers. Unfortunately, I don't think the majority of her fans who are used to her mainstream stuff today would appreciate and recognize the genius in them.
I don't know where I was on this day in 92 but I sure wish I was at this one!!

The best hai in the business, saw he once in ooncert in Utrecht (Holland) The second time the show was cancelled, because she had to play the opening for Whitney Houston...still have goog memories for this show...

Hmpf! Love Amanda but not what she did with this song. She's got a great voice but shouldn't have put herself into the spotlight with this song. Lonely people? They need comfort and care not shouting at - if you get my meaning.
Well, 15 years later Amanda might see her performance in a different light. I'd love to see (or hear) in which direction her musical talent/approach has developed.

This is a cover of a well known beatle's song.. taken in a very different direction. She is showcasing the dispair and anxiety that the original only alluded to. Not her best choice, but it's a good cover.

Are you kidding me ?? !!!.. This was her best shit. She got very phony after this ! (I think cuz her handelsers said so).. But wadda I know?... This was the best heart-felt - emotionaly driven cover I'd ever heard !!! We all know it's a beatles cover. .. :P
