I enjoyed this program, particularly the points made that there is no Seven Deadly Sins "List" in the bible, and it wasn't created until 375 A.D. and also the explanation of how some of these "sins" are vital to our psychological health in the modern world.

In my opinion I guess if food becomes more than what it is meant for then it can become an obsession (such as the Romans binging and stuff) or the sin of gluttony
