  • ....It seem a little over-engineered to me.

They could to the same with that giant threaded vehicle I saw somewhere else, so big that it's even equipped to drag continuously.

  • How do they keep it plugged in when it walks? Do they have a 10 mile long extension cord?

  • @024reredrum The Big Muskie has its own internal power station. It's that big.

  • big muskey was the biggest.

  • Impressive machine but its not the "king of surface mining" as claimed in the video. That would be the Bagger 288 (search for it, there are plenty of videos here on YT) - larger and capable of moving 240'000m^3 per day.

  • @Ganiscol That's a different type of mining technique. Bucket Wheel Excavators are not in the same size class as draglines and shovels. And FWIW, these came before the BWE. So in essence, they are the "King" from one point of view.

  • What a beautiful machine when it's working! Their photographers did a hell of a job giving one that feeling of mass and just prehistoric size!! I love it!

  • i want it

  • Je to nádhera!!!

  • There was only one dragline that weighed 27 million pounds and this one is not it the 2570 is more like 16 million pounds

  • Still, that's a big freakin' shovel.

  • Isnt the biggest Ace Of Spades Dragliner

  • mi pussy is dripping

  • with hydrolic oil?

  • descompactador de solo!!! ideal pra agronomia!!

  • It is that one of the last 2570Ws to be built, only the 2570 WS (larger bucket capacity and power) is Current in Bucyrus' line up. There wre a few smaller Bucyrus wlakers here in the UK only one left working now.

  • is that a that a BE 2570?

  • Someone should do a show called, "Pimp My Dragline".

  • That would be incredble. Tell FOX.

  • big muskie was the biggest!

  • We used to have these in my home town of Corby in England when we had a steelworks here. Cool video

  • great video of this impressive machine!

  • in juechen are the biggest moving machines in the world

  • Still small and SLOW. Check out the biggest moving machine on earth "Bagger 288" in the vid "der bagger" v=zrtdsbN7mvk

  • of corse, "Der Bagger" is big, but it isn't a dragline!

  • Really the most imposant dragline video of all! Thanks for upload!

  • BE 1250? What show was this clip taken from? I just love it when the public gets a chance to see something like this working.
