But i think it's meant for Jesus (and/or the like), biggest clue being the "you stole my soul to set me free", which doesn't seem typical of a girl/boy/specialfriend. But it's loose enough so it could be read that way. Hope I helped at least a bit. i know there are so many songs and things where i just wanna go up to the artist and ask

And even though he couldnt make it, he called Lee Dewyze the next day after his win to congratulate him and they chatted about what Lee was in for in the coming year. They said D Cook was a nice guy and it looks like success hasn't changed that
