You sure he's a bass? Vocal timbre is a very unreliable way to discern vocal parts... the only reason I say this is because if he was a bass he would be able to project that low F very loudly but I could barely hear it

Too true. Too many people make that mistake. He does certainly have a very unusually low vocal timbre though.

On a side note I really like Val Jean's voice. He has a lot of character.

i like how u kept your interpretation of the song. rather than doing exactly what is on the original recording or the dream cast recording. ur orchestra was a bit week and sadly with a show like les mis a bad orchestra can ruin the show. also, not that u could really do nething about it. u do realize its illegal to do that. i kno the majority of schools add it back in but its techincally illegal to add that w/o special permission

I've always loved this song. ^^ Great job on this, as well as the others. I think your Javert could have been a bit louder, he had a fantabulous voice but he was a little overpowered by your Valjean.

yeah, changing the musical is the same as if you took someone's book, rewrote some stuff, threw out a few chapters, and added stuff, and still said it was the exact same thing. But there really isn't anyone assigned to policing copyright infringements. technically, all video recording of musicals done by high schools is illegal, but try telling that to the parents.

Now, you can buy a permit to film it. It is a shame because we did our shows about 2 months before the permit was released...so no one could make videos. The only stuff we have are pictures....which are pretty lame =[

pretty hard duet to do at the end, and they seemed a little unsure of when to come in and all that. but the voices are amazing as usual =) tell them to go audition for broadways hahaha =p
