  • I like the look of this! I know it's a bit cheesy to try to imitate an old classic duo, and some would find it disrespectful, but I think they did a good job of catching the spirit of the original pair.

  • i think the actors did a good impression but instead of trying to make a new laurel and hardy film (which is impossible)..they could have made the life story of laurel and hardy which im surprised has not yet been made.

  • NO..... Just NO!!

  • OMG that Laurel was clearly obese! and then there's that SERGE guy from Beverly Hill's Cop

  • This is HORRIBLE! An ABOMINATION.

Laurel and Hardy can only be poorly imitated.

    I'm sickened by this.

  • I thought the actors did a really good job but the plot sucked ass.

  • what the fuck is this pile of shit. give this to nostalgia critic. this is an insult to laurel and hardy

  • To be the original Laurel & Hardy is impossible for any actor to be. This two did okay but the story could have been better.

  • the bloke doing Hardy does it very well, but some things are best left alone

  • The ninties was notorious was for television movies. Sherlock Holmes, this one, Doctor Who the movie and more. Although people see these as bad, looking back at them now you just can't help but laugh as you watch them :)

  • @VitasVarnas Laurel and Hardy is not realy television because they made shorts for cinemas in the 20s and 30s but...whatever

  • Why is everyone so against this movie. I admit at first I didnt like the idea of Stan and Ollie being ripped off. Once I watched it I changed my mind. I think this was done with Stan and Ollie in mind , it was never supposed to be as good as , or even to be the originals. They are irreplaceable and impossible to copy. I think Stan and Ollie would be flattered and very pleased to see this if they could.

  • I remember watching the classics with my grandma, those were great times.

I showed her this a while ago and after a few minutes she asked me to turn it off, we soon watched some of the good old ones where the two were in a car and fancied some music, so they both got out and lifted the front and started up a record player.

You sure can't beat the classics, Rest in Peace grandma.

  • I think they did a good job. Of course you can never make it as good as the originals but for a remake I thounght it was ok.

  • the hardy actor might be the worst actor in history.

  • Yeah and it's sad considering that he had a voice virtualy identical to the original Oliver Hardy. Bronson Pinchot's voice was a dead ringer for the original Stan Laurel too.

Makes me wonder what the original L&H would think of it, were they with us to opine on the movie.

  • I remember this crap. I refused to watch it. The very idea that Bronson friggin' Pinchot was picked to portray Stan Laurel still pisses me off.

  • This is absolutely ridiculous! What a shame...

  • I know the film is crap!!! But this trailer is better than the hole movie!!!!

  • Wel a and my friend Brent have made a little video.Feel free to watch our video.

Whe are better look a likes than this dou.

  • After watching the trailers for this movie, Laurel and Hardy...I got somewhat sober'd up. Then it dawned on me how the dude who plays Oliver Hardy looks so much like Gailard Sartan. It's truely remarkable the similarities. Lawzie...! Looks like a Sock-O Boff-O Movie....fer sure..!

  • pissing on laurel and hardy's grave

whoever made this should be shot !

  • Its only 14 seconds in and the terrible music, visuals and narration are not boding well!

  • The longest shit in history. Directly on two graves at once.

  • why do they even bother trying to remake laurel and hardy? There will never be another like them.

  • A nice idea, but this somehow cheapens them with naff sound effects and poor imitations (though some aspects seem fairly good to their credit, such as Laurel's odd way of talking).

  • not even close.looks shit if you ask me.why dont they make a film of stan an ollies lifes, like an autobiography.

  • Now that you mention it, this new comedy regarding Laurel and Hardy, it seems that it was only yesterday when Mr. Sherman Oaks and a long long time friend, Mr. Hoss Chopright and I were all eating a burger at McDonnald's as they all went on and on about really looking forward to seeing this new flic..!

  • Laurel and Hardy..?? Hummm what will they think of next? Teddy Jack Eddy and Judy Judy said they watched the Trailers for this flic. But I think they need to see alot more before they say anything.

  • So.....this ummmm... "G" Ailard - "S" Artain thinks this is "Funny"...?!! Well, Gailard I certainly hope so.

I knew Gailard when he was Dr. Mazzepa Pompa Zoidi and I thought the dude smelled sorta funny then. This movie better be good.

  • You'd think someone would post some Mazeppa video on YouTube by now.

  • DISGUSTING. Be a first rate version of yourself and not a second rate version of someone else. I cant believe someone actually made this.

  • no replacin Stan and Ollie. Its sad, but true.

  • he's hairy, rfway01 :I

  • gailard's my baby daaaady

  • TWAT!!!!!!!!!

  • Woof...Gailard is SO hot. Love to see him shirtless.

  • Awesome, Gailard is actually my 2nd uncle.

  • Awesome, Gailard is actually my 2nd uncle.

  • Awesome, Gailard is actually my second uncle!

  • That movie was a real turkey. The Laurel and Hardy impersonations were spot-on, but you know something's wrong when Ollie says things like "Bad mamma jamma"...

Stan and Ollie are irreplaceable, and this film shows why.

  • yay gailard!!! He's my godfather!!
