Tha main difference is that Armageddon isn't working on XP I think...

you're right, for example internet browsing is awfully slow on my eee pc...but when you use a part of your ram memory as ram disk and copy here portable firefox, internet browsing becomes fast as like on desktop computer...

Can you please look how much FPS you got? When your in the game, go to the console § and write net_graph 3 then it should be displayed down to the right.

yeah with bots i got high fps ,too. Hmm no chance to play online...

You get less FPS when you play WITH bots dude..

i can install starcraft but i cannot play starcraft because it says your starcraft cd may not be in the cd drive but due to this eee pc there is no place to slide my cd in so its hopeless playing starcraft on a eee pc

:D...Do you know what is virtual drive? Install Daemon Tools on your eee, mount Starcraft's image and play...:) You don't need physical drive

You don't need to have the cd in the drive nowadays. Just install the latest patch and copy some files from the Starcraft and Brood War cds and you're good to go. Check out the blizzard support page for more info

how did you get worms to run on the 901? it runs fine on mine until you start a game, and then it just crashes. i have tryed every resolution too

Be sure that you have Worms World Party...There is also Worms Armageddon, it looks similarly, but it doesn't work on xp

What's the point of playing "HD videos" on a non-HD screen?

The video resolution may be 1280x544 but the actual screen resolution is only 1024x600 so the image must be downscaled and you loose details. The screen is also very small (9 inches) so you can't really see any difference between a good H.264 SD video and a HD video.

I just think it's perfect that you can play HD movie on bigger (HD) screen from small device like this netbook. I know it could be better with DVI, but it still isn't bad :)

In my opinion there is no big difference between 4GB and 8 GB SSD speed, they are fast about 30 MBps, my 16GB SDHC card is fast about 10-20 MBps...

games were installed and played from the second 8GB SSD disk and I think they can run great from SD card too

You will need the Core AVC Video codec (it's not for free but if u want i can send it 4u...) and Player which will use this codec - in my opinion the best choose is Media Player Classic - It's in QuickTime Alternative (It's free just google it) :)

Have you overclocked your 901 or is it the original-setup? Aswell I was wondering if you have ever tried to use 3DMark 06 on it and if you have what did you score? :) Nice video by the way.

I haven't overclocked my 901, this is the "original setup" (Atom @ 1680 Mhz)

I have never tried any benchmark software...maybe I'll try it later :)

That wasn't online game. I think there is no difference between playing CS on 901 and desktop pc when we are talking about online gaming. If it works on desktop pc, it will work on 901

What resolution does the 901 support?

The most ideal resolution is 1024x600...but it can also 800x600, 640x480, 1024x768 but you need to scroll through screen...imho there is many resolutions avaible on external monitor
