I have now found my favorite compliment.

all things aside, it makes some good points about entering the workforce, and not just for women.

The points made about not knowing the industry language, and being unfamiliar environments.

It's really a good guide for dealing with green workers, it's just the constant reference to "women workers" and "especially women" makes it sexist.
