This first part is intended to convey the cafe after/before hours.I wanted the furniture and general decor to speak for itself without the clutter of people.I guess it is somewhat melancholy and although i did not set out for for this effect entirely I'm happy it does as cafes are somewhat refuges for people to sit and think over a cup of tea or quiet moments to read the paper.I will attempt to add different dimensions to parts two and three. SL
I watched through it twice and the second time the picture/word pairings were more identifiable and the second time the video was more melancholy. I like the line of the photos and the color, but the spaces seem uncomfortable for people to inhabit- thus no humans, where are they?
Lovely. I agree with Schlott - 5 stars - he must have been feeling generous!!! My only other comment is that the four or five portrait slides jolt the continuity a bit, would have been better to keep it landscape all the way through?
Lovely tribute to the Great British Cafe... and good not to see those disgusting sachets of sauce that you get in so many places now... although it would have been nice to see a grubby HP bottle in there (before the Swedes start making the stuff)!!!
Awful you bastard!

I'm glad we agree about this, but of course generosity doesn't come into it... I'm sure we all judge everything on merit and nothing else, don't we?
