I'm the tall guy at the back with my arms in the air. The soap dodger wasn't with me though, I travelled up from London from work for the gig. It was 10 years since my 1st Cardiacs gig where I also saw them at the Sugarmill, so had to come home for it. I have to say they were as amazing as ever. I saw them at the Astoria few days before. It was a delight to see them in a more intimate venue, and with a different set.
Didn't ruin my enjoyment, great night and had a lovely email from Timmy so couldn't have been all that bad. The disrupters weren't from stoke as discussed and proven elsewhere. The Stokies were the lovely ones gently sipping pints and being appreciative of the great vibes.I know I was one of them.
She was the lice-riddled slag who decided to try to ruin the gig for everyone else by spitting, punching, heckling and then trying to start fights in the pond by spilling peoples beer etc. Her mates were similarly annoying and desperately needed a BATH. None of them appeared to know any of the songs, and were just there to see a "mosh band" and get rowdy. Pathetic.
i wish i could of met them, but obviously not for a good reason ,try to ruin peoples enjoyment at a gig like this unforgiveable, alas we may meet them again then we shall see
I'm the gent in the evening suit.
