too bad you dont have a build up video ... Would be awsome to see all the work Piece by piece ... I have to say tho u did a wonderful job on that angry SV ... I have done Several rebuilds on bikes ,but since I lack the pipe bender and a Tig or Mig box ,I am yet to build a custom yet . Debating on building a old CB750 Bobber just to get my hands dirty with a build ,but Ima have to pick up a nice 110 Miller or something 1st !
@paulakkelly FLUX core yukky!!!! I am prolly gonna puchase a MIG+Tig box (argon backed) for the house . Just a little one , and I have a buddy that can bend the tubing for me if I ever get off my lazy ass and decide I wanna build a bike ...LOLZ I sold my 04truimph and my 94 900rr - no fab work on either just hill carvers ....I will prolly take a couple months next year and build a bike if the Wifey lets me !
I can see you spent a lot of time & energy doing this. Did the handlebars come from another bike, They look a little taller, and of a dirt bike style. Could just be the support bar that goes across. It's been a while, last I was did fabricating work. Do know what it takes. Take care, yl

@paulakkelly Hi Paul, Let me guess you own ,or work in a machine shop, Or have all the tools & machines needed. From the list you have given, You have done a lot of hard work, That has paid off in a work of art. The kind of art I like, USEABLE ART. Do you ride this bike, Or do you have another to ride. You have given the most detailed amount info about a bike on you-tube..lol My grandad was a lot like you, He was a inventor & maker of custom Motorcycles. Thank's for all the info, yl
A different & nice looking bike, Be careful of sliding back to far on the seat. I was going to ask if this was a wrecked bike you fixed up. Did you make the exhaust system w-mufflers, Sounds nice. Ride real safe, yl

@Bucky96570 Hi , i dont have a build up video but have loads of pictures might do a slide show video
soon . not sure what miller welders are like, but they do have a good name. I have a (INE mgt 200) it a 3 in one
mig, tig, mma, inverter welder. you dont have to have a pipe benders , just use weld elbows,
but down side is you have to polish the welds.

@ylism Hi, thanks everyone for all the comments,
the bike started as a standard sv 1000 s . all the work
is done by myself, exhaust included with mufflers made from internals
from old exhausts.
