All crest white strips are not the same. For example does the Supreme version have a higher percentage peroxide which means they can whiten your teeth in less treatments = save money.
Most people cant brush their teeth before using white strips because their teeth will become so sensitive that they have to discontinue so you are just lucky to be able to do that.
Using them for more than 30 minutes will not necessary do any difference because the peroxide reacts when exposed to air.
I leave mine on longer too. It does work better if left on longer and my gums are not sensitive with leaving it on longer. I agree with you 100% bellareviews :) Your pretty as well and your teeth are beaming white!

Try closing your mouth and sort of create a suction-like motion. This should help keep them on. Also, once you've put them where you like, press them DOWN onto your teeth. I hope this helps!

They did work a bit but i ended up buying a home whitening kit from Amazon UK which contains a blue LED light, 3 syringes of peroxide and a gum shield thing to keep it on your teeth with. Getting much better results with it and its loads cheaper than the white strips
I just started using mine today, and they don't slip at all. I will follow your tips on leaving it on longer, my teeth and gums are not sensitive so I wont have any problems there.
Don't you have any problems putting them on after you brushed your teeth. Because apparently they slip around so easily if you brush your teeth first...
I haven't tried them, but I'm pretty sure, I'll use them. But I would be careful with using them for a longer time than recommended.
They are cheap for what you actually get (compared to the dentist), so I personally am going to use them as recommended to see how my teeth react.
