These were the toys whenever my brother was in the hospitol. I had Three brothers. I remember asking my oldest brother to get me a happy meal with these toys in them. My brother died December 2nd 1988. To this day I STILL can't watch "Oliver and Company"
What merchandise did you had besides the soundtrack? did you also had ornuments, storybook with cassette, junior novel, stuffed Oliver, coloring books and that kind of thing. Sykes was totally awesome and i whispered to my dad when this came out when we saw this movie "He looks like Clarence Boddicker from Robocop" and he agreed, he's just as badass as Clarence. I even said the same thing when i saw the re-issue in theaters when i was 14 about him looking like Clarence.
@Johnlindsey289 I remember having the storybook with cassette, a stuffed doll and the junior novel too. Sykes does kind of look like Clarence from Robocop. lol
IMG, i saw this movie when it originally came out in 1988 when i was 7 years old 3 times when i lived in Omaha before moving to Albuqerque. I had all these finger puppets, i had a readalong book with cassette, PJs, a jar with oliver and dodger, coloring books, stuffed Oliver and PVC toys from sears.
Sykes was so damn cool and i enjoy watching this movie every december as a tradition of nostalgia, fun movie.
I have the movie on video.
