Take it from me I have been to Sao Paulo 4 times . I fly from timmins ontario canada to johannesburg every december . i have been doing this 3 times now and so far Sau Paulo is the best between paris and london england. Saa is the best airline i have been on out of air france, air canada and british air ways all of them business class.

It is an Airbus a340-300. SAA has 9 A340-600's, 6 - 300's and 6 - 200's. If you don't believe me, take any SAA flight and read the onboard magazine, or check out their site, click on "about us" on the top menu and then on "fleet information" on the left menu, or just visit Johannesburg's International Airport and see for yourselves.

You cannot tell the A340-200 from the A340-300 by their appearances. But rest assured, this is an A340-300 for the following reasons: I always check the plane I fly in, on SAA the -200 does not have individual screens but the -300 does and this particular plane had individual screens. Excelllent video, i travelled from Johannesburg to Cape Town with SAA (10 years ago) , it was very good, i enjoyed my fight and South Africa was very nice. I still remember everything i saw there, including the friendly people.

Excellent video. So interesting to see from inside the new Airbus. I have flown quantities of times on SAA to South Africa from Heathrow. I have always flown on 747s with SAA.SAA are a very good airline. Last April I flew on an Air France 777 series 300 from France to Japan.I was very impressed with the airline and the plane.
