  • soo sad, he was cute puppy too

  • @KBile1 - distemper symptoms include constant twitching of a certain body part and in his case unfortunately is his mouth so the foaming is due to constant twitch ..

@TheManNicole - He had the first one but was already infested at the breeder's place ...

  • why does his mouth keep foaming up plz anser

  • poor thing. im sorry for your loss. he looks like such a beautiful pup <3

  • it more like he was rabid than he had distemper. :(

  • @wolfgirl590 rabid and distemper are the same thing.. lol

  • @MsPoppy411 rabies and distemper are not the same thing. do your research before making medical assumptions because you are obviously not a vet because even they know the difference moron.

  • @DomSubmissiveKitteh my mistake. calm the fuck down.

  • :,(

  • what is distemper?

  • @jojoandjenna rabid.

  • OMG this makes me want to cry :(

  • when ur puppy came out of that state u should have held ur puppy

  • @animalsarefree24 No, he was running around as he would come out of the seizure still dazed and would start running around almost immediately ...

  • Im so sorry that you had to put him down :( how comehe was runnong around in the end? washein pain?

  • hello this is Dev From New delhi India i had recently lost my 2 Months old Tibettan Mastiff Puppy from same disease called Distemper.4 nights puppy will crying for pain and after 4 days i lost my puppy for always ....................

  • @MrApeass, thanks for your response. The same evening (seeing the video) the vets decided to put him to rest but it was too late (In Delhi, India, the animal cemetery does not operate beyond 5 PM) hence we fixed the time for morning ... I was awake whole night with him trying to make it better but he seemed to know it. He just waited patiently (enduring all the pain and not sleeping a wink) till my daughters left for school .... went to sleep for good almost immediately in my arms !!!

  • @DurjaySengupta I cried when I read this. I have 2 puppies and 1 3 year old dog... my heart goes out to you. Your baby is in a better place where there is no suffering. This just breaks my heart. :(

  • @rmpbirdie - Sorry but I did not know (or did not want to accept the fact) that he would die eventually ... the red patch on his right front limb is from the injections and three vets (who were trying to save him) were confident he would get out of it. The video was to show the vets exactly how it was ... he was getting the fits every hour ...

  • How could you video tape this without bawling??? And the real question is how could you have even video taped this at all, knowing that your puppy was about to die???

  • there is actually a cure for distemper called the anti-distemper serum. Google "kind hearts in action" so you can educate yourself about it if it ever happens again. The survival rate with the serum is more than 90% but without it is about 20%. We have two foster puppies with distemper right now, one of which made it past this stage without seizures (thank god) the other just started doing these chewing gum fits tonight.

  • i could not finish watching... Im very sorry..

  • i dont mean to be rude and i know how it is you dont wana put something down but it would have been best

  • such an adorable puppy... it's so cruel to see such a young life suffer so much..

  • :(

  • Sorry for your loss Durjay, you will be reunited in heaven one day, he just got there a little sooner :)

  • oh the poor thing looks so scared. my heart goes out to the owner and poor puppy

  • y noooooooooooooo pudieron hacer nadaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • whats distemper

  • thanks for your kind words ...

  • Im so sorry ! IS very sad to see this.. my dog has distemper..and i am actually very sad ...he has like 2 days with this sintoms ..i dont know if he is in pain or not.. i just want to make him feel better...

  • Im very sorry.

  • @rockstardude98 it is a disease in animals and usually strikes very young before the vaccinations start. Chances of survival are almost zero. Even if they do it is very painful for them and their masters.

  • this is too sad for me to watch. :-(

  • poor puppy :(

  • This happened to my cat a few months ago.. Except she had feline distemper reallllyy bad.

  • my gold fish had distemper....used to swim in figure 8s.....

  • We lost him 18 hours later ...

  • @DurjaySengupta what exactly is distemper, is it like rabies or something? I am so sorry to hear such a young pup passing away, but death is a natural part of life, it happens sooner or later does is not?

  • @DurjaySengupta im very sorry... i have alot of empathy for you. we to lost a pup to this. saddest thing of my life

  • go to the store and buy VITAMIN C (ascorbic acid) my two month pup is also sufferng from Distemper and ive seen great imrovement. i give her 250 mg every 2 hours

  • Same happened with my puppy and he died yesterdy

  • Poor thing. I adopted a puppy from the shelter about a month back, and we're going through the same thing right now. It's awful not to be able to help, even though you want to do everything for them.
