Well they are together a lot, Tina being near Artie often (being the one to push him around) in early episodes was their idea and from early on they were VERY enthusiastic about their characters get together so if they aren't dating in real life it sounds like they should as they really like each other.

You're all going on about empowering handicapped people and then when someone who is makes a comment, all you have to say is that it would be to much of an inconvenience to actually have an actual handicapped person playing a handicapped role.
