  • @pizzaloverhassan 4kg dumbbells are like not even 10lbs. you need more weight because your body has adapted to the weight you are currently using. I suggest moving up in weight and you will put on more mass. and still, EAT MORE, 5 meals a day. and I mean these are meals, not just snacks. and dont just eat everything in sight, eat healthy and balanced. and consume about 1.5g of protein per lb of body weight to give your body the best conditions to build muscle

  • I don't understand this fully, I think. Usually, the biceps peaks become pronounced when you turn your palms upward, and shape becomes increasingly flat by turning your palms in- and downward. This seems to run precicely contradictory to that. So the question is something like "y u no follow principleh?!"

  • when your doing curls you are not supposed to rotate or move your upper arm, doing this does not work your biceps to their full potential.

  • correct me if im wrong, but arent you supposed to keep the tension in your muscles? by fully extending your arm you release the tension and leave the weights "hanging" on the ellbows, which can be harmful for your ellbow joints.

    depending on how much you lift of course, but still.

  • @vergil645 My school is pretty damn strict on Phys. ED. If you cant run 20 laps, do 25 push-ups,do 60 sit-ups, and 30 jumping-jacks. YOU FAIL. Or just drop a letter grade for each you can not do.

  • @Warrior4HISword A bicep is your whole upper arm. Your peak is a muscle on your bicep that sticks up like a (Obviously) Peak.

  • Ive seen some people do hammer curls, but they bring it up and across to their chest.

  • this biceps peak stuff is bullshit. The reverse and hammer curls work mainly brachialis, a muscle between the biceps and triceps muscles. If you stand doing hammer curls and bringing the dumbbell across your chest it puts more emphasis on brachialis. Normally a finishing exercises after having done the bicep exercises. To get a better peak you do concentration curls such as one arm dumbbell preacher curls or regular concentration curls.

  • I do this too with one chair both arms same time at 45 degree angle but will try two chairs and other arm work outs. You have really good tips, thanks for sharing. Now maybe I can get my arms as big as yours.
