I suggest moving up in weight and you will put on more mass. and still, EAT MORE, 5 meals a day. and I mean these are meals, not just snacks. and dont just eat everything in sight, eat healthy and balanced. and consume about 1.5g of protein per lb of body weight to give your body the best conditions to build muscle

this biceps peak stuff is bullshit. The reverse and hammer curls work mainly brachialis, a muscle between the biceps and triceps muscles. If you stand doing hammer curls and bringing the dumbbell across your chest it puts more emphasis on brachialis. Normally a finishing exercises after having done the bicep exercises. To get a better peak you do concentration curls such as one arm dumbbell preacher curls or regular concentration curls.

I do this too with one chair both arms same time at 45 degree angle but will try two chairs and other arm work outs. You have really good tips, thanks for sharing. Now maybe I can get my arms as big as yours.
