Learning to build mobile applications is not an easy endeavor. It can be done, but you must have the drive & aptitude (plus the time) to overcome the challenges. If you are looking to create a mobile app for your business (or idea), you probably should hire a qualified professional.
I know many talented (& affordable) mobile developers (freelancers & agencies). I'd be happy to provide an introduction.

@justill45 actually, he has a point.
If you have a jailbroken iDevice, then you can make your own certificate on the computer, rather than one from apple. This certificate will not be accepted on normal iDevices, but on a Jailbroken one, it will accept the self made certificate.
