did you be any chance got the package at the begining of the game and talked to casius cosades in balmora. then you need to talk to casius by pressing the topic called order he would ask are you redy for your orders press yes then he would ask you to go to the balmora fighters guild and ask someone about the nevarine

If your fighting a cliff racer(flying bird creature) i would suggest using a long sword or arrows against them. if its ghosts or skeletons or vampires(and yes the game has vampires) or werewolves(from tribunal a morrowind expansion) use a enchanted weapon or silver weapons. Any other creatures or other people(cant tell you) be creative on that lol

the reason is cause there at a level higher than you or it can be cause of enchantments on there weapons or they used powerful spells or weapons like daedric weapons to rely lay a smackdown on you.

just out side of that town theres a wizard that made a spell and used it and as you get about 10 feet from him he falls out of the sky and dies and you can take the spell and his other stuff

that depends on what skills is your major skills is at on. mostly raising major skills leads to level ups and you need to rest to lv up

(examples for major skills) athletics,conjuration,blade,bl­ock,security,restoration

athletics=running or swimming to raise this skills lv

conjuration= practicing summoning creatures to raise this skills lv

blade=how long were you using swords

block = how well can you block and practicing

security=lock picking or pickpocketing

restoration= heal spells

i have a question. a lot of the time when im fighting someone in the game, i end up not being able to move and every time i try to move its says "you are over-encumberd" at the bottom of the screen. i w8ed 2 hours and i was still under the effects. does any1 kno how to get rid of that?

oh yes that dude sometimes enemies uses a spell on you that makes your strength go down so you just go to a temple and go to one of the shrines to get your stats to normal.

or put some of your inventory into an empty crate before you go fighting and get a potion of restoration that way your prepared for that kind of spell

if those dont work i will think of something
