this IS the first animation before tsubasa chronicles. Sakura and Syaoran first are enemies then they fall in love, on this animation, wich is very old, yet a classic, Cardcaptor Sakura. Tsubasa is a different perspective on this story.

I believe technically that is not Li but Kero there, if I recall the episode correctly. I think that clip is from where Kero is trying to get Li out of the claw game machine. lol
