I guess you are right, she could easily get us with her wisdom. But the eyes don't lie, so does the bone structure and shape of her face; she is a very and open person from what I see. And she looks very tired in this clip, even if she knows how to improve that.
Thanks, I try to understand others a lot, like you; I presume. It is call "Face reading", and you can learn it on youtube, it is barely impossible to hide our true feelings anymore. Her left side of the face (the private doctor Glass) is very dark and tired; and the right side (the public doctor Glass) seems more chearful. We have to take both sides, once at a time.
