More than just a cool trick - I can see endless ways of making basic (or complex) drum patterns far more interesting. I can't wait to get behind my kit and start experimenting! Thanks a lot!
Very *very* cool...I'm a guitarist, but I think I'm a closet drummer. I used to have a kit but didn't know what the hell to do with it. These days I sequence alot of complex stuff and try to work out how I'd play it, and my brain works so different now. I only with I had a kit to try your lessons on :( Still, it's given me a new approach to programming to try so, thanks very much!
Great! I'm glad it's been helpful to all of you. There will be more videos soon, but because of a recent flood, my little studio is being re-done. Should be done in a few days. Anyway, glad it's useful!
thanks this really helped me not only doin this pattern but with evrything cuz it forced me to use both hands equally and not just my right to lead with
Hey man thanks a lot. I have a Mapex collecting dust in the garage and this is very motivating. I definantly want to pick the sticks up again. Give 'er a go one more time.

great. I've always wanted to drum, but found other instruments easier to self-teach. I think I'll start

Great! You've got the idea! Take these techniques and apply them to other things. That's the way to do it! Keep drumming!
