  • Great video.... I love your body shape... I wish to get like yours....:-):-)

  • nice video! your cute

  • may i ask where u do your research ?

  • Great job! I hate doing straight up reverse crunches so this is the only alternative that is effective AND comfortable. Thank you, job well done :)

  • wow really felt it in my abs! thanks this was great!

  • hi there, i am a fan of yours and your really flat tummy. i've also tried doing this reverse crunch video of yours..but how come i got a very sore back? what am i doing wrong? help pls? thanks!

  • Hmm, you've stumped me on that one. I'm not sure why your lower back would hurt. Are you lying on a soft enough surface to protect you from the floor.

  • @YouTips4U would you consider walking cardio ?

  • Hi, yes I do, but you need to keep a brisk pace rather than just a stroll. If you have hills where you live, that's a real plus!

  • hi! first off great video! im a junior in highschool , and i want to make my stomach flatter what are some Other good excersizes are good for my stomach ? and how long would it take to make it smaller? or flatter?

  • Hi, I have many ab workout videos uploaded with lots of different exercises to help you get that flat tummy. Please check them out. I think you will find them very helpful. You can put together a routine of different exercises or you can do my 15 minute ab workout. I also have an intense and challenging 40-minute ab workout video which used to only be available by rental, but it is now available to view for free. Please go to my channel and you can find them all there.

  • hi! i've been watching your videos and im sooo starting to add your tips and workouts to my rutine tomorrow, but look i need some advice, i've been losing weight im 20 and now im 132 pouds but when i was a kid i was 183 p so im way thinner my only problem are my lower abs they look like really flabby, like skin or so ... what do you recomend? btw you have and excellent body

  • Hi, I'm so glad you are enjoying my videos. Congrats on losing the weight. Having lose skin after significant weight loss is very common. The good news is it definitely can be toned up and retracted. Stick with a good abs routine. Plan on spending at least 12 minutes every other day working out your abs.using various ab exercises. I have many for your to choose from, so please browse my videos. It will take time, so please be patient. Losing weight slowly is best so body can keep up.

  • @YouTips4U thank you! you are really so kind :) i'll do my best tll i make it ;)

  • I love all your routine exercise, can you like make a chronological list of what should be done first, second, third.. something like that;

I start with warm up (I do exercises in evening, I don't have time to do it in morning)

    1) Cardio exercise (10-Minute Cardio Aerobic Exercise Workout at Home -- Burn Fat & Calories & Lose Weight) 2-3 repetition.

    2) Then I do some of your abs exercise like this one, and sit ups, squats, some other too.

I am 28 year old and 10 kgs overweight. Help me.thanks

  • Hi, I think you have a great plan! You are doing your cardio as well as resistance training. If you would like to add one more routine, I would suggest upper body resistance exercises like pushups or weight lifting with dumbbells. Keep up the good work :o)

  • @YouTips4U

    Thank you!!

Also can you suggest what kind of exercises, crunches, I can do during my monthly period time. Like, crunches, sit ups, stretches, abs exercise.

I don't think cardio exercise is a do.

Please suggest. Coz I don't do exercise for these 3 days and my whole routine ruins and I become more lazier.

Just list me what I can do... thank you...

  • Hi. When i am doing this and crunches my neck hurts how can i prevent that?

  • Hi, sit ups do work your neck muscles which will get stronger in time. Be sure you use correct form when performing these exercises. Keep your hands behind your head and don't push on your head when performing the sit ups. You should be lifting yourself from your lower back and stomach.

  • alright, im 16 years old, i do weight lifting and what not. I have an extremely strong core that for my age is a bit rare. The reason of this is because I used to be really fat and i lost 30 pounds of body fat. This is because of martial arts and other extensive workout routines. Now i have extra skin around my stomach from the weight loss. What are some good exercises to loose that and get bigger, bulging abdominals?

  • Hi, it is very common to experience loose skin after you lose a lot of weight. The good news is that your skin is very elastic and can retract back to your body with time and exercise. Keep up your exercise routine, especially your weight lifting because that will help to pull your skin in. When I was pregnant, my tummy touched my knees when I sat down, that's how far out my tummy stretched. As you can see in my videos, I have no hanging or loose skin, so I'm proof that you will get rid of it :o)

  • finally found something that works thanks :) :) :)

  • thankyou! :)

  • Hi, yes they will.. Try to spend at least 10 minutes doing various ab exercises. I have quite a few uploaded to help you create a nice routine.

  • what do you call this workout

  • how many do we do a day

  • Hi, try working your way up to 50 every other day. You should also add a few more ab exercises so you have a total of about 10 minutes.

  • how often do you do this exercise to get a flat stomach??

  • Hi, every other day, or at least three times a week.

  • I love these tips! Thank you sooo much :) I've been really lazy lately so these will get me back on the track! :)

  • I love ur videos!!!

  • Hello there, I just subscribed to your channel! I love your collection of at home workout videos. I recently dropped about 25 lbs after coming off of a medication. I am about 155 lb at 5'7". I wouldn't say I'm fat, but there is definitely that "muffin top" ring all around my lower midsection, and I have a fair bit of weight in my thighs/butt. My question is, will this type of workout eventually get rid of that, or is that the sort of thing that can only be fixed by cardio? Thanks!

  • Hi, I'm so glad you are enjoying my videos and finding them helpful. This type of exercise will tone up your abs which will help pull the excess skin in and flatten your stomach. You do need cardio to shed the excess fat. I have a great 10-minute cardio workout video that I think you will find very helpful.

  • @YouTips4Ucan you please tell me that is this exercise safe for those who have big belles.

can it lead to hernia of lower abdominal wall, because this increases stress on lower abs?what do you say

  • Hehe i just subscribed!

Id like you to help me out with something... Im almost 19, been doing excercise since I was 14. I dedicate 7 hours of excercise p/week doing Zumba and Kickboxing... The thing is: Ive always been thin most likely a twig -_- I don't do diet and I eat A LOT but Ive never been worried cause I never gain weight BUT the exact same thing happens with my muscle... I just cant get a six pack or strong legs or a nice booty. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME D: ! WHAT SHOULD I DO )': !?

  • Hi, in order to build muscle, you need to do resistance training. When you do a lot of aerobic exercise, you lose body fat and if you don't eat enough calories, you can also lose muscle tissue. Be sure you are getting enough calories from protein and healthy foods and incorporate some weight training into your weekly exercise routine. You can cut down a bit on your cardio if you want to gain a bit more muscle. Perhaps drop it to 5 days a week.

  • I like it so far

  • Thanks for this video!!

  • hello is there any type of food we have to eat to make our abs more flat ?

  • Hi, a healthy balanced diet is best. Protein helps build strong toned muscles, so be sure to include meat, chicken, eggs, nuts, and beans in your diet :o)

  • @YouTips4U So you mean, it is alright if I eat 1 boiled egg a day?

  • Hi, yes it is. According to new studies, as long as you don't have high cholesterol or a heart condition, it is fine to have an egg a day. They are a wonderful healthy source of protein and many other nutrients.

  • hi..i have a fats in my lower abs ive got this after i born my baby,is it possible to loose this fats if to work this exercises everyday?does it makes my abs flat and stronger.thank you

  • Hi, this exercise will help a lot. Try to do at least 10 minutes of ab work every other day. I have quite a few more ab workout exercise videos upload that I think you will find very helpful. Pick a few you like and develop a 10-minute routine.

  • I only feel it in my legs...am i doing it wrong?

  • Hi, be sure you are using correct form. Concentrate on pressing your lower back into the floor and pressing your hands into the floor as well. If you feel it in your legs and you are still doing the exercise correctly, then perhaps your leg muscles need toning as well and are benefiting from this movement.

  • does this help burn fat on stomachs or just build muscle?

  • Hi, it will burn fat at a very low level. Ab workout exercises are intended to tone, strengthen and flatten by working the underlying muscles. In order to burn fat and shed excess weight, you have to do cardio exercise.

  • This is a pretty good one actually thnxx A Lot

Can this work on my obliques as will or is there another excercise .. ?! like i seriously need to get rid of those love handles & can figure out an excercise & how long will it take .. like i have been running & on a diet for a month nw & am not sure how long will it take to actually feel a difference

  • Hi, for your obliques, you'll want to focus on the sides of your stomach. I do have quite a few exercises to help with obliques. Please go to my channel page and type in "obliques" to view the ab videos that target those areas.

  • Hi! First off, great vid!

I have a bit of a problem with this exercise, maybe you could help me figure it out.

Every time I do this exercise I end up moving in place. Like each time I lift my butt off the ground it slides me in place. It's very distracting to do this exercise when I'm sliding everywhere, any tips on how to stay put?

  • Hi, I'm so glad you liked my video. Be sure you are on a carpet that does not move. Also, it sounds like perhaps you may be using too much momentum to do this exercise. Use your arms and hands to press to the floor to stabilize you. Practice doing it slower, more controlled and with less of a rocking motion but more lifting. Let me know if that helps :o)

  • i love your viedos! i will deff try them out! u are very encouraging!

  • Terrific! I appreciate your great feedback :o)

  • When you said you used Mederma for scars was it a scar that had been there for a long time before using product. I was in a accident years ago and have a scar on my knee and going down my leg. Thanks

By the way, this is the first time I've looked at your exercise videos, to busy with all the beauty tips, lately. I just love what I've seen so far. I have just watched you do them and I know that's the easy part but I'm in good physical shape but want to add some of your tips to my routine

  • Excellent! I'm so glad you liked them.

You can use Mederma on old scars as well. Be sure to use it every day as directed for best results. It can take a while, so don't expect results quickly. Allow at least 6 months.

  • Ok, so, I want to lose my back fat and my stomach but I am satisfied with my lower half. What do you recommend to work those two out but keep my lower half?

  • Hi, concentrate on your ab muscles with 10-12 minutes of ab work every other day or 3-4 times a week. Also, for your love handles you'll want to focus on working your oblique muscles which are the muscles that run down your sides. I have quite a few exercises for that area that I have uploaded. Please take a look when you get a chance. Also I have a video on reducing your love handles that I think you will also find helpful.

  • can you do this everyday? or does it have to be every other day?

  • Hi, as with any type of resistance or spot training, you always want to have a 24 hour rest period in between to let the muscles rest; that's how they get strong, tighter and more toned. So at the most every other day is recommended :o)

  • hey! love your videos they are so great! do you have any advice for stretch marks????

  • Hi, moisturize your skin after every shower to help prevent any further stretch marks from occurring. As for the ones you have, unfortunately, there is no magic solution to get rid of them. Don't fret though, they do fade to a silvery white over time so they are hardly noticeable. You can try Mederma for stretch marks. It's a brand new product so I don't know if it works or not but I have used Mederma for scars and it does work for that.

  • How many sets and reps do you recommend?

  • Hi, I recommend doing about 50 reps if you can do that. If not do however many you can and work your way up to 50.

  • Hello. I am 18 years old and I weigh roughly around 128-130 and I want to be down to about 120. After dating my boyfriend for 2 1/2years I have gained some weight because I use to be 115. Doing these ab workouts every-other day, will this make me loose some weight? And how long will it take for me to start seeing results? I want to look good for my boyfriend again! I am not saying I am fat what-so-ever but I really want to be toned. Please reply!! I need some advice, thank you. (=

  • Hi, this and my other ab workouts will really help tone and strengthen your core and stomach. I also recommend you do cardio exercise 3-4 times a week in order to burn excess calories and fat. Keeping junk food out of your diet and your regular exercise program will enable you to see results within 2-3 weeks. You don't want to lose weight too fast. Shoot for 1-2 pounds per week.

  • I HAD A BABY LAST YEAR AND ITS BEEN HARD FOR ME TO LOSE MY BELLY FAT IS THIS REAL GOOD FOR ME TO LOSE IT.

  • Hi, this is a terrific exercise. Please also consider adding a few more ab exercises to your routine. I have quite a few ab videos posted to help you decide. Spend 10-12 minutes working your abs 3-4 times a week. Be sure not to train them every day as you always need 24 hours in between workouts for muscles to repair and rebuild. I know it's hard after you have a baby, but you can get your tummy toned and strong again. I've had two children and with commitment and hard work I did it.

  • I do those same lower ab exercises and i also shoot for 50 reps, but i add ankle weights for extra intensity. i never see anyone training with ankle weights, but congradulations, your body is a great testimony.

  • i atart my abs work out today i have ben watching your videos.. i would like to know how long ruffly does it start working / start to see reasults? thank you please reply

  • Hi, it really depends on your level of fitness, but you should start to see your results within 2 weeks, however, you will feel that your muscles are toning and getting stronger immediately. Stay committed and you will definitely see terrific results.

  • Hello, I just wanted a drop a comment to thank you and also ask a question while I am at it. Is it true that since ab muscles are relatively small muscles, we have to work out 7 days a week to reap serious results? Oh and is it bad to exercise with just a really thin mat for my back? Again, thank you for you videos! I just found them today, and they're wonderful. I am sure it will give me variety so I wouldn't get exasperated and abandon working out completely ^^. Keep up the great work!

  • Hi, I'm so glad you like my videos and that they are helping to keep you motivated. You should not work out your abs 7 days a week. You must have at least a 24 hour rest period in between workouts so your exercised muscles can rest and repair; that's how they get more toned and stronger. So train them every other day at the most. If you are on a hard surface with your thin mat and can feel the floor bothering you underneath, then you should have a better mat; important to protect lower back.

  • @YouTips4U hi i would like to know ruffly how long would it take before i start seeing some results

  • hi there..ive been doing another workout off you tube but it doesn't seem to do my lower abs.. since having my baby ive had a wobbly belly at the bottom, yet the top half is getting alot more toned..will this excerise work for me or do i have no chance of toning it becasue the skin has been stretched to much...thanks x

  • Hi, it does take time to get your tummy back in shape after having a baby. I do know how it is as I have had two children. This exercise will help a lot. Add it to your routine and plan on spending at least 10-12 minutes every other day working your abs. Please consider renting my Absolutely Abs Workout Video available right here on YouTube. It's a terrific challenging workout for your abs and core and you will get great results.

  • Hello. Thank you very much for taking your time to reply. Your videos are great and very well explained. I'll try doing as you said. Thanks again.

  • Hello ! I'm doing about 70 of these a day . But these are all I do for my abs . Is it good enough ? What am i missing ? Please let me know .

    Thanks .

  • Hi, doing 70 is terrific, but I would like you to do a few other ab exercises so that you are sure to exercise all areas of your core. please check out my ab videos and add an oblique exercise and a crunch routine as well. Spend at least 10 minutes on your abs every other day. Every day is too often as you need a day of rest in between for your muscles to recover. Please check out my Absolutely Abs Video available for rent right here on YouTube. It's challenging and you will get results!

  • Will I have muscles on my hand or leg or anywhere else? and wil it effect my growth?i m only 13.

  • i recently lost weight and have excess skin in that area is it possible to completely get rid of it by doing this workout?

  • My legs are being affected as well - in the thigh area.

  • I do this everyday? or 1 day break? "Like what I used to hear"

Thank you for the vid and sorry for my bad english

  • This sounds great, I'm gonna use your techniques to start tomorrow. thx

  • Thank you so much!

    I'm going to try it!

  • youre gorgeous

  • Your videos are very helpful, thank you : )

  • I'm a lazy person but I'll do only just for flat belly exercise by lie back. :D

Be sure I'll doing this everyday.

  • I'm going to try this out and see it work's for me...I'll write back and let you know how I like it...Thanks

  • hey thank u for sharing:) ill try this one

  • I am going to try this ab workout today! Thanks for sharing!

  • is it normal to feel some soarnes in my legs? and will that make my legs smaller??

  • Hi, you probably feel a little soreness in your quads because they are engaged toward the end of the movement. This just means that those muscles benefited from this exercise which is great! This will definitely help to tone them.

  • i like this one it really works

  • hi! so all these ab workouts that you have showed in your videos, do you do all of them in the same day? and also, do you do them every day? thanks you so much for the videos! :D

  • Hi, I do about 12 minutes of ab work, sometimes a bit more. I do incorporate most of the exercises I show you. I try to vary my routine each week to keep my muscles challenged. So I vary much additional standing work to spice it up. You don't want to work your abs every day. You need a day of rest in between for your ab muscles to rest and repair; that's how they get stronger and more toned. Every other day or 3 times a week is fine.

  • hello..

    thanks for making videos..

okay so i have some questions???....

when is the best time to work out ..

in the morning ,middle of the day or night....

should you work out and then eat .. or

    eat and work out????

thanks and may you please answer my questions....

  • Hi, the best time to work out is a time that is convenient for you, but avoid late at night or too close to bedtime. It's best to wait at least 2 hours after to you eat a meal to work out. You can eat anytime after you workout; that's no problem, but if you have a bit of hunger before your workout and you need some energy, have something small and light just to tie you over (a few crackers with peanut butter) and then eat after you are done working out.

  • @YouTips4U thanks for answering my questions...

yesterday i did the work out videos for the abs.. thanks for making them they are useful and im hurting right now.. im going to do them tomorrow once again and i hope to see results.. thanks once again.

  • thank u is this ok for kids like yuonger teens ?

im like 13 and i wanna stay healthy forever but i dont go to the gym so i need sum home excersicesi can do when no ones watching ;-P

  • Absolutely! Ab work is so important for teens. It builds a wonderful foundation of strength and health for your body going forward. Thanks for your question :o)

  • @AquaCatClaws Thats How I Am(:

  • @AquaCatClaws same here!!

  • how often should you do this? everyday or is it bad for your muscles if you do this everyday?

  • Hi, do this every other day. No need to do it every day. You need a day of rest in between workouts to let your muscles rest.

  • To increase the size of the abs fast, do i do alot fast repetition of abs workout or less but slow reps?

  • Hello I need to know how to get good exercise I had my son 2 years ago I have done crunches and nothing I just got a line across my stomach what should i do;

  • hello I need to know what can I do to get flat abs. I have been doing situps and the upper abs are great. I have a line across by belly. I had my son almost 2 years ago. At first I couldn't do sit ups , cause my back, but now I can do a few. I really hope you send me a responce to this question

  • Hi, keep doing your ab workouts and try to increase the intensity of them by holding your contraction longer when you come up. Doing crunches slower and holding longer really works your ab muscles. I have quite a few ab videos uploaded, please take a look at them to vary your routine. Also, it is very beneficial to help tone your abs that you do cardio exercise at least 3-4 times a week. This will help burn excess fat that may have accumulated in that area.

  • @YouTips4U im sure u have probably answered this question at some point but, i do have a bad back. i had a car accident a few yrs ago and its never been the same. can u just do this rocking technique to get my flat abs again or should i still be doing sit ups?

  • Hi, you can definitely do this instead of sit ups. You can also try simply pressing your lower back into the floor, holding, then releasing. No need to even try to bring your upper body up. When I had my children, this is how I did sit ups for a long time until I was cleared by the doctor to do normal ab routines again and it works great.

  • Thanks for the tips!

  • u are the best

  • Hey, there! I really like this exercise. I really want to get rid of the fats on my lower abs. It's very tiring. I can only go up to 25 consecutively then rest and go again for another 10. hehehe... Thank you for the videos. ^__^

  • I have a workout plan where i lose 3-4 pounds a week its very intense. it includes 30 power clings using 20IB dumbells, and 30 squat to push press 300 jumping jacks , 300 ski jumps, and I have a low carb diet. I weighed 200 when i started now i weigh 186 maybe lesser , i havent weighed myself this week. i dont wanna be too skinny though. Thats why i asked how much should i weigh to really show definition in my abs lol thanks alot for your reply. it motivating

  • I am very impressed with your techniques. Thank you for sharing...I already see results. Happy holidays!

  • Thanks so much for your terrific feedback! Happy holidays to you too :o)

  • Hi!! Could you do a video on how to exercise your legs and butt please?? I love your videos! Thank you so much!

  • Hey ya I have a 6 pack but my lower abbs are not as define so u know anything to define then also how do I work on upper abbs for an 8 pack

  • Hi, I have a lot of ab videos uploaded. Select a few that you don't do as often to switch up your routine and challenge your muscles a bit more and do 8-10 minutes of ab work 3-4 times a week. You should definitely see results. I think you are doing amazing already if you have a six pack, just challenge yourself a bit more with some different moves.

  • @YouTips4U Hey nice videos, look at my uploads, there arent many. To get an idea of what my body looks like. I stopped on my vids at week 12. But i weighed 195lbs then. I now weigh 186. How much should i weigh for 6pack abs? I also did this exercise for the 1rst time. I did 50 reps. It felt great. I also on a low carb, high protein diet

  • Hi, I'm so glad you are finding my videos helpful. You're doing great! Congrats on your success so far. Hopefully you are doing cardio exercise in addition to your abs routine because cardio will really help to define your abs by helping you lose excess weight. You are probably already doing this since you lost 9 pounds, but I thought I would mentioned it just in case. It's hard for me to recommend a weight range for you because everyone's body type and bone density is different.

  • @YouTips4U thank u so much for replying. Yea i do cardio for 45 minuntes every other day. I belive i may can go ahead and really focus on my abs now an get a six pack, i only have a incy bitsy tad bit of belly fat. I can already slightly see my upper abs. I wonder how people get that crease in between there abs, u know the line that goes straight down between your abs.

  • Excellent! You are really doing great. You will see your upper abs first and signs of a three pack which looks terrific.. With more ab work you will eventually get your six pack thereafter. Going from a three-pack to six pack will take continued ab dedication, but nothing that's worth achieving is ever easy otherwise everyone would have it and then it wouldn't be so special. The line will develop as you go from your three pack to six pack.

  • You could probably safely lose 5-8 more pounds, but don't rush it. Let it happen with your healthy diet and exercise program because you already look terrific and the rest is icing on the cake. Refinement of your 6 pack can take time even once you have it. It will get more and more cut as time goes by as you continue your ab workouts. Keep up the good work; your dedication is really paying off :o)

  • @YouTips4U LOL i wonder which one of my uploads did you look at. You do know that the one that is the main vid when you came to my page was week four. LOL the ast one i did was like a month or two ago. Please check week 12? which week did you check on my uploads?

  • Hi, i was looking at an old one. Just looked at the most recent which you uploaded one month ago. WOW what a difference. You have made amazing progress! You look terrific. I definitely see the definition in the upper abs. You probably look even better since it has been a month since that video. I agree with you that you don't want to be too skinny because you will lose your strong look. You want to be strong and defined. You have quite the vigorous routine. Just wondering you you jog

  • @YouTips4U hahaha no i dont jog. My routine is so draining all i wanna do is go to sleep afterwards! That work out i do i lose atleast 3-4 pounds a week and i do 10 minutes of interval jump rope after that routine. I forgot to mention that lol

  • Hey, I don't blame you, you have quite a routine. Interval jump rope is excellent cardio. I did see your height and weight in your prior comment :o)

  • @YouTips4U haha thanks youre so pretty for your age, I wonder how old you are? and AGAIN THANK YOU SO MUCH. YOU ARE SUCH A SWEET LADY , THANKS SO MCH FOR REPLYING! MOST PEOPLE WHO MAKE THESE VIDS HARDLY RESPOND. THANKS YOU ARE SOO MOTIVATING. Oh yea another thing. i got a line across my stomach now, but not the crease that goes straight down. I cant wait til i get that. Im gonna post a response video. To this whenever i get that crease and build my lower abs with this.

  • Thanks so much for your kind words. I'm glad to help!

  • @YouTips4U hey one more question for UUU. Ok im doing this exercise every other day. If i do 80-100 reps will that add more definition to my abs?

  • Definitely!

  • I ask because running/jogging is such a great way to lose excess fat and tone it really helps tone your abs. Just 2-3 times a week is sufficient in addition to what you're doing. As you go along and get fitter, you will find that the weight loss will slow down so don't be disappointed if this happens. It just means you are reaching a point where you body is most efficient. Don't force yourself to lose too much or go beyond that comfortable point. 2-4 lbs./wk is fine.

  • @YouTips4U yea, you know what i was wondering about that. Because i started that routine i told you about like a few weeks ago and i was losing 4lbs a week. Now its just 3. I thoght maye i was doing something wrong! Thank you so MUCH!.You just gave me a bit of important information. Because i was wondering why i stopped losing the 4 pounds. Even though i eat 5 small meals a day and my diet is impeccable. Even though i slipped up today and ate 1 bowl of frosty minie wheats. lol

  • LOL Frosted Mini Wheats is by no means a slip up. They're high in fiber and healthy for you. If you want to cut down on the sugar a bit, you can mix into your frosted wheats a similar mini wheat cereal that has no sugar coating. I like Autumn Wheat - have you tried it?

  • @YouTips4U youre welcome, i'll keep you updated. i made week 13 video today lol

  • @YouTips4U O Ok i only ate them once in a about a month! lol im on a low carb diet. They why i kind considered it cheating. LOL I dont really eat sugar or junk foods at all. On sunday I may eat some soul foul like Fried chicken and macn cheese. LOL but that shouldnt hurt any thing i only eat it on sundays and burn it off the next day anyways. lol

  • @YouTips4U As far as Autumn wheat goes i think i have tried it before. • @YouTips4U oh one more thing, i forgot to mention to you. My height with my weight! lol Im 5'11 186

  • you so hot

  • Your videos are so great and one of the things I love about them is that you really do seem to care about your viewers, like a friend. It's very motivating:)

  • hi i was wondering if you knew any chest excersises other than just push ups. thanks :)

  • There are many you can do with weight machines or dumbbells. I do have a video up on working out your arms. Whenever you lift weights, not only are you working your specific arm muscles, but you are also strengthening your chest. Please take a look at the video when you have time.

  • @YouTips4U Also Im 5'11 186 pounds

  • Hey i have a question, well i'm 14 nad i want to get lower abs and i weight 110 if i eat healthy and do this workout about 100 a day how long will you think it will take for my lower abs to show?

  • Hi, I don't recommend doing toning exercises every day. You want to have a day of rest in between so your muscles can rest. During the rest phase they actually get stronger and more toned, so do this every other day. You should feel results right away. If you don't have excess weight to lose, you should see results in about 3-4 weeks. You should do a few other ab exercises as well for the best overall effect. I do have some other helpful ab videos for you to view for ideas.

  • hi,wat is better,everyday excercise or twise a week?

  • Hi, I think it's good to do something active everyday. I don't think you have to work out every day, but twice a week is a little light. I would suggest at least three times a week for your workouts and then fill in the other days with 30 minutes of walking. something to get you moving a bit and your blood flowing, especially if you have a sedentary job, or you attend classes all day. It's good for your body to move a little each day.

  • Your abs are just like any other muscle group you need to give them time to recover so It's not really a good idea to just train them everyday.

Every other day would be a maximum.

  • LOL those are reverse crunches. They are effective

  • how long it will take to see my lower abs and i have other question i don't do my cardio exercise or anything before my crunches or this exercise do i have to or not?

  • Hi, you don't have to do cardio exercise before you do your ab routine. You will see and feel results right away. How long it takes you to see definition depends on whether you have excess body fat in that area that covers your ab muscles. As a person loses excess fat, it makes their strong abs more visible.

  • @YouTips4U great workout, alot of the videos on here were ones i could do in the gym, i needed some to do @ home... thanks alot! great video!

  • kk ty i subbed :D

  • Can i say first of all...what a great video!

Ive been searching YouTube to find a good ab's workout so i can fit it in to my ab's routine.

I have just done this and wow it's very effective for such a easy workout...i managed to get the 50 done but i was struggling near the end lol

So thank's for making a great video and showing me a very good workout!

  • Hi, thanks so much for your terrific feedback! I really appreciate it and I'm so glad this video helped you.

  • Hey! Grate! Thx alot, but i got a quiestin kinda, im a 14 year old boy with a 6 pack, how to i get thoose under my belly button? Thanks ;D

  • Hi, congrats on having a six pack! You should be very proud of your hard work. To further define your lower abs continue doing the lower ab workout in my video as well as upper abs. There have been studies that suggest that doing your lower ab workout in the beginning of your abs routine will help you achieve your goal quicker. It may be worth a try!

  • Hi, I been running 3 miles everyday. When will I start losing weight? Thank you so much

  • Good for you! Keep up the good work. If you are trying to lose weight, in addition to getting in shape, you will need to reduce your calories. I don't recommend losing more than 2 pounds per week. You should see results within 2 weeks of starting your new program. As your body adjusts and you become fitter and metabolism gets faster, you will find it easier to lose.

  • thanks for the tips...just oe question if i do atleat 200 of this with my cronches and jogging when do u thik i will see a differece withig 2 weeks or so..please let me kow thankss

  • Hi, that is definitely a good workout. You will see and feel results very quickly. I think definitely within two weeks, but if you have weight to lose, it may take a little while before you see your definition because you have to lose the excess weight on your tummy first. You don't want to put pressure on yourself with a time frame; just be consistent and stick with it. Jogging is a terrific way to slim down and flatten your stomach. Keep up the good work!

  • thanks ill let u know how it goes because i just had a baby 3 moths ago

  • I'm a 15 yr old boy but anyway for all u moms that are trying to lose weight u need to run about 15-30min a Day or every other day and when ur done with that do some ab workouts for 30-45min.remember to eat right. My mom went from 250lbs to 145lbs by doing what I just said

  • Hi, please congratulate your mom for me! That's an amazing accomplishment. Thanks so much for sharing your tip with me and others who will benefit from your mom's experience. She's very lucky to have a caring and proud son such as you ;o)
