and they increase ur rep by 560

Start questing with K3 and it eventually takes you up to the village . The quest line starts in the cave there , I think ! Tis ages ago since I did the rep and with patches things might have changed :)

For those of you who are hated with Sons of Hodir and can't accept any more quests, make sure you looted the bodies of the elite giants. Normally they drop an item which starts another chain which brings you to friendly if I'm not mistaken.

Just get the quest from the Evenfrost and do that quest. Then you need to fly a long way to a high tower. Complete it and then you are honored.

It's a chain quest, you start it in K3. it's called "They took our men" (as mentioned). so by the end of the quest line you should be friendly

i think you can see the chips when you are honored but can only loot them when you are revered.

The long quest chain starts in K3 in the Storm Peaks with "They Took Our Men!" from Gretchen Fizzlespark. Once you have done all of the quests in this chain, are sent to Thorim and do more quests and get the quest "Mending Fences" make sure you get the "Slag Covered Metal" (from Stormforged Iron Giants) quest starting item and complete that quest. Once you turn in "Mending Fences," and "A Spark of Hope" you will be neutral (higher for humans) with the Sons of Hodir.

hey, i have a question. I watched the video and went to most of these spots, but i can't seem to find any chips? any idea what i'm doing wrong?

You aren't doing anything wrong. This whole video is just pointing out the path I took/where I found a lot of spawn points. There are no guarantees that you will find any chips all of the time. Sometimes they spawn slow, sometimes someone else is picking them up before you. The spawn time is usually slow enough that you aren't guaranteed to find a chip every circle around. Just keep your eyes peeled and keep tryin, or come back in a little while ;)

You can get them at friendly, but not before, (at least definitely not before you can do any quests for them).

That is because of 'phasing.' With the new dynamic content, certain zones have permanent changes for players once they complete quests/objectives. The problem with Everfrost Chips around, say, Fjorn's Anvil is that they have been mapped for the area, but someone forgot to map them to the altered version of Fjorn's Anvil once you have completed the quest chain. Some chips you can get to if you are very careful about inching up to them, others you can't. A GM said "they are aware" so who knows
