The people were in the droid, and then on the train. Bumblebee caught Sam midfall and transformed around him so it is possible. They were partitioned, lol.

Pretty cool commercial, plus the transformation an robot is real cool as well. But how is it when you come up with a good idea for some thing, an your still working out some of the details an working out a few other thing for it. You come across a commercial or some thing else that fit's the idea you had, well this fit's an idea i had for a commercial in some parts.
