I agree, it is not the same baby. The baby shown when Felicia gave birth has a cute round face. Here, the baby has a long face. the used 2 different babies.
See - compare babies from when Frisco first sees Maxie. Not the same baby - I do believe GH gave all of us a little peek at Jack and Kristina's baby in the scene after the baby is born.

Their son was born the first week of Sept so to get a shot of him this young they would have to been planning it 2 months earlier. I am sure Kristina would not be in the mood for taping during that time either? Did you read they did preview their baby?
@dlwoods7 Oh gosh, in no way would I have thought they shot this scene right after their son was born. Being a mother of 2 and a grandmother, the baby in the scene looks to be over a month old which would have been about the time the shot could have been done - right when she returned back to GH. But I get your point - and no - I didn't read that they did preview Baby Jack - just speculation that I thought maybe they had since there was such a strong following & baby looks so like Kristina.

It looks like the same baby to me. If they wanted to give a shot of their own baby they would have had to have planned it the first week of Sept.
