I am looking to obatain my 29 inch waist and nt flexabilaty again, and I will! thank you for the video as this is the best advice for people who need direction

  • You're welcome - thanks :)

  • i'll be writing a paper on a topic kind of like this one. it's only for my dual-credit english class (i'm a senior in high school, but we do some college freshman work...in case you're not familiar with dual-credit, heh), so it's not like it's going to be really professional or anything. haha anyway

one of the books i'm using is Dr. Jensen's Nutrition Handbook: A Daily Regimen for Healthy Living. I've read a bit of it, well, scanned most of it, but i think it's something you'd like to read!

  • Thanks :D I'll check it out :P

  • great vid! thanx

  • yayyy 21 day challenge.

    i love it <3

yet another thoughtful and very insightful video.

  • My daughter started reading that book for teens. She feels it is a very good book. I will have to check out the adults one. Thanks for the review!!!

  • I LOVVVVVVE that book! I read it a few years ago and absolutely LOVE it! You will too!!

  • Thanks for showing this book, it sound interesting!

If you're interested in books like this and you want to read more like this you might be interested in NLP (neuro linguistic programming) books! Just dropping it here, dont know if youre already familiar with it? If you havent heard of it yet, i think you might like it. :)

  • I live in Melbourne, Australia, about 2 hours from some of the fires. Authorities predict the death toll could reach 300 and more, it really is devastating beyond belief. Parts of the state reached 120F on Saturday, we're in the middle of a severe drought, and as always, sick arsonists have caused many of these fires. And now we have looters going through empty houses.

Thanks for thinking of my fellow Victorians.

  • I just have to say thank you so much for putting up the link to redcross donations/bushfire appeal and encouraging people to help...it means so much.

and also, thanks to your other video, i have started a journal, with the different "categories" of things i want to achieve each day... and ive been doing all of them! :D its really helped me to make sure i get stuff done..and at least exercise a bit each day.

  • Hey Shanti,

Thanks for the video - I think I will read this book! Em x

  • yep, forming a habit, aka learning, which is taking in information, remembering it to obtain the knowledge to apply it, making it apart of you and apart of life. well put =)

  • Thanks for mentioning the red cross in your notes. It really great that someone on the other side of the world can send everyone here in Victoria a though when we really need it.

Ok you have convinced me that i must grab 7 Habits off my bookshelf where it has been for over a year and I must read it.

  • hm maybe i could start a 21 day challange for myself^^ thanks shanti for explaining all of this^^ you're truely an inspiration to so many people, me one of them.
