He can get 99 range and 10hp by going to range guild or using a cannon after the dwarf quest

And the level 56 account is not fail because it is very hard getting stats up without leveling up your hp.

you have to do the varrock achievement diary (quote: you only have to do the easy one, you dont have to finish medium and hard to get the tele location) Then simply talk to the person who started the achievement diary claim your reward and ask if your tele can be moved to the grand exchange.

haha silly. you do it the wrong way. the way you do it its easy to die and lose like 1m at a time. you have to take the cannon base and legs and a snare. then snare and run to the king. set up the two there and go to bank. then get the other parts and go back to the king and pick up cannon. bring it back to demon and snare again. then place cannon inbetween the walls with 60 cannonballs and the most you lose at a time is 2k. :) instead on 1m. what if snare didn't work? gf 1m+

I haven't tried your way but I am guessing if I did it your way the two cannon parts you set up would disappear when you teleport to bank - reason is because it is a quest area... if you see in the video I dropped a trout and it disappears when I left the quest area.

no. if you set them up at the king they stay there for 30 minutes. giving you plenty of time to go and retrieve them. and this way you max loss is the 30-90 cannonballs. :)
