You got that right. I'm a trainer myself, here in Stockhom, Sweden. I was suspcious when I saw the headline describing this video. I just clicked on it to see what you were going to say. But I agree with you 100% on the objective approach to evaluating the success of a presentation by whether or not it achieves a specific goal.
