I have a question regarding this product. It works fine and matches the vehicle color perfectly when first applied and even when dry. But when I use the blending solution it changes the color of the repair to a slightly off shade making it stick out. Is this a common occurance and what might cause this?
It actually does fill the chip. Check out my blog for some tips. It may be that you're rubbing too hard to remove excess paint, or aren't waiting long enough for it to dry.
After watching the video closely I still see that the chips are not filled in. That being said, can you repeat the process until the chip is completely filled in and dissapeared. If you can do this to fill them in can you color sand and buff to completely match the OEM finish.
Although I think for that last larger chip shown in the video a second application would have been required to fill in the chip better and more level...
But I am sure it's not a problem to do so... Another couple minutes... And presto... Good as new...
thank god you used a cheap camera that can't focus.

It's not laquer thinner. That would ruin the finish. It's also special paint. The solution and the paint work together - it's a chemical process.

This product could save smaller used car places, as well larger ones, a whole lot of money, time, and headaches...
