Never listened to the Replacements, or The Mats or whatever, so I'm not really offended or butthurt like everyone else that TCTD covered this song. I thought it was alright.
This is brutal. Can't see Brad Roberts being a Replacements fan. Can't actually see him being a fan of anything....except himself. And maybe his B.A. in English Lit from the U of W. What a scholar!!!
amazing!!! this was my fave song off the album when i was 12, having no idea who westerberg/replacements were. now the replacements are one of my fave bands and 'the ghosts that haunt me' still stands the test of time.
saw the dummies in ottawa during this period, and i still remember it being great.
Awesome! I've never seen this video, and it was filmed in Niagara Falls, at the defunct Maple Leaf Village Amusement Park. No idea what year it was though. The park closed in 92 or 93.
Wow this is strange...I love metal too man...even playin in a death metal band and I also think the dummies were a great band.so much memories...I even drank a whiskey with Brad after a concert in Berlin (think it was 2001 or 2002) one of the best moments in my life !!!!!!!! greets...
This a cover of a Paul Westerberg original (The Replacements). Give them a listen if you haven't. I heard Left of the Dial one day and I was never the same.

Never liked this song from them. I'm kinda glad it turned out this was a cover. It's a dumb song.

Such shit. The Replacements were so great and this is so bad.

Absolute butchering of a *solid* song from the Mats. (It's far from their best one, I think.)

Hey,
Despite the volume thanks for posting this. I didn't know they had a music vid for it. Not enough CTD on youtube. Cheers.

Loved you guys and I'm a "metal head" This song had meaning for me back in the day. Long lost love.
I play/sing this for my kids around the campfire.
