The problem of PL at this stage, was simple. They lost old fans, and couldnt get new ones. They were mega-star for metal world, especially in Europe, and tried to get this same level as a main-stream band. They feiled, but songs is pretty good anyway.

Well, fuj091. PL have a curriculum as musicians that I hope you don't have (nor do I), so let's leave up to them the decision of what /how to play. They did almost everything getting great results , so I guess they will go on with success.

I remember when I first heard this - after Draconian Times and the early albums it was a real shock. I thought it sounded a lot like Sisters of Mercy. It worked, though - at the time there were plenty of bands still screaming, so it was cool if different to have them try something new.

It didn't work for everybody mind! 10+ years on it still sounds great, if not better.
