@badry161616 Ye it's merciful to bind a sheep's legs and slit it's throat and hold it tight while it bleeds to death. In north america you must stun the cattle by law so they dont suffer during the slaughtering process. Eid is the sickest thing about islam. Sacrificing to god my ass they take children to the slaughter area and force them watch the animals they just played with get slaughtered then dip their fingers in the blood and smear on the child's forehead. Been there done that. It's bad.

@zambimaru Rather then passing superficial judgment and taking the higher ground, take the time to read the parable and understand the symbolism behind the story (which is about sacrifice and trust), it touches upon the topics of humility, sacrifice, trust and love for the creator of the heavens and earth. Also if you read you will realize that the Son wasn't sacrificed at the end, but it was a test to determine prophet Abraham devotion.

@zambimaru The meat is shared with the poor and family, not thrown in the garbage. At least they know about the symbolism, unlike people that dress up like ghosts to fool spirits going house to house begging for food. Look up the stories of most holidays, unless you don't celebrate any.
