You should get rid of the original vox track, kind of hard to hear your voice through the original track and thus hard to come with constructive criticism.

I hear the artifacting you are referring to, however no auto tune was used, which you can also hear pitch variations between me and him throughout the track. Not sure what happened to the sync as I noticed the same thing after I uploaded it.
