@ghune this is modern f 15, lighter,stealthier. its faster than jets you posted. It also 2 built internal weapon bays and the option of another 2 on the side of the air intakes, an it can switch to the the strike eagle performance. Although in my opinion it should carry a 25mm cannon to be able to market it as attack aircraft that can work with full stealth fighters like the f 35,pak fa, ect.
Here's the thing... Russians can make great fighters, no question, but their home-grown avionics are at least 20 years behind the US and Western Europe. The Indians and Chinese have upgraded their Sukhois with electronics sourced from the West!
Another thing... Those fighters you mention aren't fully matured yet and have no combat record to speak of. Not very encouraging to potential customers! It's cost all 3 sales in recent years...

@ghune: The F-15SE is Stealth, unlike Rafale, Eurofighter & Su-35. The F-15 is still one of the best, maybe not in Dogfight, but in BVR-Combat!
