R32 and 34 aren't illegal here. only certain states, it depends on your states emissions standards and whether or not you're required to do a safety inspection. but the car might be 6 the shipping might be 2 but the taxes will be like 4. i know two dudes with skylines both R32's between Richmond and DC.

You weren't really trying. If you'd been REALLY shifting for speed you'd have easily knocked a second or two off this 0-60. Hope you drive the RB20 harder!
What did you do to the gearing? Adding engine performance wont let you shift at i higher RPM. Un less you have no rev limiter, or built you car to run more than 7K rpm. Sense you said you have a SR then you know the stock redline is 7300. In second gear, thats not 70mph. Mabey your speedo is off, or your revving over that.
whats funny is that u swapped ur ka for the weaker sr20, my Ka24de hits 0 to 60 in 6 seconds without turbo... funny how no one knows what they doing anymore :)
Dude seriously you know that the sr20det is the stronger engine, even though it has less displacement doesnt mean its a weaker engine. the ka24de 155hp 150tq(crank) vs sr20det 205hp 200tq(crank) plus sr20det have stronger blocks than the ka. So check what you are saying before you do something stupid like keep the ka24de in the engine bay. Don't get me wrong ive see the ka24da push 900hp with extensive work

Im no SR20 at all but what makes it weaker? The fact it's 2.0 and not 2.4? And besides the fact on avg SR's put down 170-180whp completely stock as an KA only puts down on avg 120whp? I dont see how that makes sense as also the SR is lighter as oppose to our heavy Cast Iron block. I love my KA and all but the fact you called the SR20 weaker is just not correct. Yeah a KA-T will put down more power then the SR w/ the same turbo and PSi, but you said KA24DE, so thats beside the point.
only reason people buy sr20s is because its jdm. people dont want to admit it and make up excuses but deep down they want to be like in fast and furious seriously.
i just bought an sr20det because its a better engine than the ka, ive heard "no replacement for displacement" yeah ok, but i have a friend with an ka-t an it runs fast it actually impressed me but i still rather have an engine that was meant to have turbo.
