Actually the vocalist in this version of the song is Heather Small from M-People. The original version of "Ride on Time" sampled Loleatta Holloway but then they had to rerecord it with new vocals due to copyright issues. Loleatta's sample is a background vocal once in a while but it's Heather singing the leads on this one.

Katrin Quinol was not the real singer, she provided a fashionale visual image for this euro style dance music. Same concept as Milli Vanilli and Technotronic.

Truth be known, I really dont care about the lipsynch. All of these "groups" had great music and were fun to watch onstage.

Martha Wash never sang "Ride On Time". She sang the remainder of Black Box's Dreamland album.

The vocals in this video were re-recorded by Heather Small (voice slightly speeded up) as Loleatta Holloway began legal proceedings against Black Box for using her voice from an acapella version of her song "Love Sensation" to make "Ride On Time".

It was Loleatta's version that took "Ride On Time" to the top of the charts around the world.
