Umm... for all you non Jap readers: It was officially recorded inside the house (+harmonics). Apparently it was really cold, so hence the mask and all + he wanted to play outside cuz the song's called "Wind Scene". I'm not too sure about the digital effects but you're just being way too cocky about this.

Very nice version indeed.

But there is no way your cello would get a reverb like this outside (otherwise, your yard got a very good acoustic ^^).

Try not to put too much reverb artificially, coze it's killing a little bit the spontaneity of your tune.

Anyway, it's a really good interpretation. You can be proud of you.

Just a product of the culture, where most individuals are very private. Another great musician who uses this technique is The Screamer, an amazing violin player...he has many videos here on Youtube, so I suggest for everyone who enjoyed this to look him up!
