i know how to fix it. put tissue/cardboard on the back of your memory card then close it with your bb cover. thumbs up so every1 can see it. it worked for mee

get a soft cloth or cut a piec of a shirt not adidas or niki and normal shirt and put it on the track pad and it work i garanty

@FlawHawk nah, usually you can figure out most things in this video even if the trackpad button is completely unresponsive - as mine is - the enter key works if there's nothing to scroll down to, and if there is but you know what you're looking for you can generally type in letters 'til you reach the option you need and then back out and save. thanks for the video, very helpful

another way to get to your texts is to hit M to go to your messages then alt+s.

track pad crapped out on me a few days ago and spent my whole lunch at work trying to read my unread texts. xD

@Queenkhosie10 i show how to around 2 minutes in, you just need to set it as a convenience key... when in messages, the shortcuts are,

U - goes to latest unread message

C - compose message (use letters to select name then double press enter)

you see around 40 seconds in when i change the convenience keys?.. set one of those keys (right or left) to 'Clock'... if you have snoozed the alarm, press the convenience to open clock, then press the option blackberry button and 'Cancel snoozed alarm' will be on there (press C until you get to it).

If you just want to turn it off... set it as a convenience key, open the clock, click the trackpad button then click 'O' to turn it off

@neil4136 at around 40 seconds in, you see me press O then press S to go to 'Screen and keyboard'... keep pressing enter until you get to right and left convenience key...

you can change either of these to what ever you want, so if you want BBM, just find it on the list of applications and set it as a convenience.... message me if this doesnt work man
