i could never end the game on my psx due to the glitch at ogre fortress, but i downloaded the game 10 days ago and got through it in about half a day, with the original agumon and the digivolutions :D

just make sure you get centarumon, so you can divivolve to andromon, and its lifespan is more than enough, specially since andromon needs the lowest stats amongst all

@sniizam90 Megas arent in the game all of the ones we consider mega are ultimate in the game and ultimates are just a big pain to get my advice is to get Kuwagamon and Kabuterimon to join ur city cause they upgrade ur gym making it easier to get ultimates but in all honesty if u dont look at a guide it will be very difficult to get an ultimate without the use of a digivolve item also to have ur digimon live longer have high happyness and low displine and do what they want (feed, poop, rest)

@sniizam90 Always listen to what they want that will lengthen there life. All of the champions need 100 or 1000 in there stats somewere so what i do is train all of there stats to 100/1000 then focus on care mistakes and bodyweight later. lots of the good mons have very low care mistakes Greymon 0-1 is what ive seen ultimates are just a pain to get i would look up a guide on the internet. megas that r in the game r considered ultimates. ex. Phoenixmon is an ultimate in the game.

this battle is so easy!! I defeated Machindramon in less than 7 minutes using Andromon, which wasn't even in max status. All his stats were 700/7000 and below. but man,I love this game so fuckin much! not only one of the best Digimon games,but one of the best games of all time!!! i wish they made a sequel with More Digimons,more Items,Bigger world and more Digimons to Recruit. Damn,just the thought of that Excites me!

@DjVader112 they don't sell it at PSN. but you can easily Download the PSX version of the game,then use PSX2PSP to turn it into a PSP game! that's what i did to catch up on all the great RPGs i missed on the PSX. it's pretty easy..

Metalgreymon is overrated!

I beat the game like 15 times but I always use Metalmamemon. He kicks this guys ass if you put the fast punching attacks on him, he doesn't even get a chance to fight back his attacks are so slow!

Sorry to bring it to you, but Digimon World 1 is the best one. Not because its the original, but it was unique, its fighting style, its training, its raising, it varyd, you had TWO missions: Gather a town, and solve the danger. HOW, WHEN and WICH ORDER you did it, was all up to you.

DMW 2 was more a Final Fantasy game.

DMW 2003 was to much like DMW2.

Digimon Rumble was a nice game as well.

I beat the game with a metalgreymon. I was little at the time and watched this. God the game, and the guy that made this video is awsome! At the time i tried 3 different digimon to defeat machinedramon. i used piximon(failed died right after machinedramon killed it) i used vademon(died instantly haha. trained fo awhile then it died when i was about to face machinedramon again.) finally i had it made with skullgreymon almost maxed stats!(died ran out of items...hehe my bad.) metalgreymon ftw!

Man, I used a Megadramon to beat machinedramon recently, He had like 5,000 HP, 5000 MP, 600 Atk, 550 Def, 550 Spd, and 500 Brains and I still had to spam items like crazy. -_- And When I fought him again at Grey House Mansion, I gave him nearly all my chips so he would be 7000 HP, 7000 MP, 650 Atk, and almost 600 everything else and I still had to spam items like crazy.

Then again though, this guy did use a cheat code, probably by gameshark. How else would he get 99 blue flutes?

Judging by the fact the video's poster (HARBS2209) is recording with an "Unregistered HyperCam 2", and at about 3:10 you see a mouse cursor appear, he's using a PS1 emulator on his PC with the Digimon World 1 ROM.

Both (the emulator and ROM) are quite easy to find, and don't require a very high end PC at all to use well enough to play. This is, however, technically illegal if you don't own a PS1 or the Digimon World game itself.

Getting to the ultimate level is kind of tough, basically, use the game faqs digivolution guide because you need VERY specific stats to digivolve.

lol you can max stats with a fresh or in-training digimon.

you dont need Vegiemon, training manual, the bug digimons form bug island, chips, or bonus trys.

all you need is digitamamon and bits (lots of it). once you get digitamamon you can feed your digimon his lunch menu as much as you want because it doesn't make them full. its the easiest way to get a Ultimate...

If you fought digitamamon instead of machinedramon, it means you have already defeated machinedramon there...Go to Gray Lord mansion or Ice Sanctuary or Ogre Fortress...
