Personally, the original version sung in the movie Song of the South will always be my favorite, if only because it has more personality to it than these pop-ified new takes.

Still, I guess you can't stop progress. Gotta keep moving forward. And they didn't butcher it too much, nor did Miley, despite how much I dislike her. Anyway; good song rendition. I only wish you'd all stop comparing this to Miley and instead give credit where credit is due. Try comparing it to James Baskett- if you can.
